One of the Filipino dishes I missed. Crispy Pata or deep-fried pig trotters or knuckles served with a soy-vinegar dip. We usually served this during events like fiesta and other special occasions like weddings and birthdays. This was my first time to cook crispy pata and I burnt them a little bit 🤭
