Watched the interesting movie (Encanto) in a cinema last year,it was fun . Nice article jane . Love in the family , should be an unconditional one .
We are in denial because facing the reality hurts. "Pretty sure I'm worthless, if I can't be of service." This boils down to our feelings and emotions. Oftentimes, we do what we are expected to do because we feel that we are only valued and important because of the things that we do best. If not, the family cannot benefit from us.
