How to?
When you write an article, in the text body, there's the option bar that we use to put images in, right? Look for the $ sign neat the end, that's the sponsor block

Should I click the names of the sponsors inside the box?
No need, it will be added when someone applies to be your sponsor and when that sponsor pays the fee
