The quality of education of the lower social strata should be as low as possible or below average, so that the gap between the education of the upper and lower strata remains insurmountable. GLORIFYING STUPIDITY The public should be encouraged to accept mediocrity. It is necessary to convince people that (in, in fashion), it is desirable to be stupid, vulgar and ignorant.
