I face this problem. I send a mail to read.cash.. Here is the reply. There is a problem with a provider that we use for connection to Bitcoin Cash network. The problem is very technical - here's the ticket https://github.com/gcash/bchd/issues/406 if you are curious. Basically, it means that sometimes it seems like money is moving, but it isn't. We took some actions to prevent this from happening, but until our provider fixes this bug - it might still happen occasionally.
So do you get back your cash? I just back 0.04$ which it was 0.63$ 😅

Yeah . It works. I have mailed them many and after few minutes or hours it was solved. My problem was regarding points. Still, you can notify them
Yesterday the whole day there was. The earnings show up and disappear and if they are shown you can not always tip someone. Basically, it's there you just cannot always see it. As I understood it is like this since a few days.

With me it's 0.00 or it blinks for a second an amount and gone again. I understand this problem is a bug at the server or so.
