The World Within
There is so much treasure within that we often neglect and underestimate due in part self-doubt and self-sabotage.
You might want to dispute the existence of self-sabotage. And that’s quite right.
In addition, it is possible to assume no such thing as self-sabotage because you might say how plausible is the idea of people harming themselves from within; but in a way, you can’t discard the pernicious effects of self-doubt. It’s real, destructive, and afflictive and you know it.
It is these two toxicity that smothered our ingenuity, creativity and peculiarity that only evolved from the inside within.
And you can’t counteract these poisons except you first and foremost accept they exist: and are after our dream life.
Part of what makes us unique is our innate talents and gifts. But these gifts can only be discovered and empowered from within.
By within, we mean a metaphysical world where logic and common sense are suspended. For every visible world, there is an invisible one.
By focusing on the world within, we set ourselves up for world of peace and bliss even when are literally deprived of our material possession some of which make life pleasurable.
For in the world within, there is little to no competition. In the world within, we are connected with the universe plus we understand the little and tiny place we occupy in. it is only in the outer that we overestimate our place in the scheme of things.
In a sense, what it takes to understand the outer world is explore the world within. Meaning to enjoy the physical, it helps sometimes to retreat into the metaphysical.
Further, what it take to make the best use of innate talent and gifts is to step back inside from the outside.
Not to be carried away by the glitz and glamour peak performance but to take solace in the ever embracing endogenous, intrinsic and internal world.
But self-doubt is rife and rampant in the outer world today among people. They harm their world within gradually through what goes out and come in of their tongues.
Often described as the most power body organ, tongue can make or mar what we become. In that, you are what you say to yourself and become what you tell yourself repeatedly. In other words, your life is a manifestation of your tongue: self-talk.
And whatever you tell yourself comes from your world within.
Easier to blame the economy. Find faults in others. The politicians. The society and everything that has no capacity to reply. But can we start to look critically the world within us?
In a sense, life shouldn’t be about fault finding alone, or specks taking, it should in other words be about taking care of the world within. So that the outer world can assist the inner in our quest for meaning, purpose and prosperity.
how can I discover my talents?
1. Call on Those Who Know You
Ask your closest friends and family members what they think you do best and what you are good at. If you don't want to ask directly, lookout for and think about compliments you usually receive, relating to things you have done.
2. Unsure? Try it!
That's right, the best way to get to know yourself and learn about your talents is to invest in a range of different experiences. Try new activities you've never tried before and even if you find that you're not as good at them as you hoped you might be, you’ll be discovering more about yourself in doing so.
3. Explore Memories
Think back to times when you practiced something and didn't even feel the time passing you by. The chances are, if the time flew by, then talent may have to do with this! When you're good at something, it's common to enjoy spending time on, and getting involved with, it.
Think of your actions that led to the resolution of a problem, helped someone, or created something new and exciting. It is extremely important to remember and acknowledge your accomplishments. These will help you to truly discover yourself and your talents. After you've put all these steps into practice and figured out what your skills are, what do you do? The first thing is to exercise them, as no skill can stand alone. It is vital to practice and continually work to improve.
The second is to look for other professionals who can give you the necessary guidance, such as a mentor and courses that can help you to channel your gifts. In addition, a great way to grow professionally with what you know how to do is to show it to the world and share it with others.

It’s Suppose to be Hard
So today was kind of a normal day, went to church in the morning as it’s first Sunday we closed longer than normal due to thanksgiving and all, it was then I was getting some inspiration about life had to take my notepad on my phone and write some things down
Sorting out your vocation is a serious matter. And that’s why you should be better at anything you do
Talents take 10,000 hours of deliberate practice to solidify. To reach mastery level in other words take 10 years of concerted efforts. No more no less.
Malcolm Gladwell and Daniel Coyle detailed this fact in their best selling books titled Outliers and Talent Code respectively.
An expert performer according to welter of findings cited in those books is expected to hone her skills for roughly 10,000 hours of intensive training.
Clocking that huge hours of deliberate practice takes more than interest, you’ve got to be passionate or more quixotically: obsessive.
Robert Greene also chronicled this line of thought in his masterpiece titled thoughtfully: Mastery. And he agreed with the time frame it takes to perform at elite level.
Most especially, it means becoming master at a skill requires you go beyond the ‘I am good at it level’ to ‘I am better at it’.
Focusing on one skill for ten years, learning the yin and the yang therefore set you up for perhaps with luck on your side: success.
But as we move towards the conceptual age, away from the shinning era of information super highway, survival won’t necessarily be tied to the apron string of our ability to master one particular skill set for years.
Rather, the best among us would be those who master various disparate, unconnected high demanding and cognitively tasking skills then intuitively sift and connect them in way that will seamlessly solve humanity greatest problems.
Put simply, you must start somewhere. It’s pretty good to have eyes on the big picture, to dream of a world as it should be rather than the way it is; to boil with radical thoughts on how best to change the world. But it is far more crucial to start with a step. And that step is not going to be easy. One thing lead to another. And no victory is without its dues.
The road to discovering your callings will take careful attention, steel mind-set, thick skin, and of course large amount of optimism.
Luckily, there are thousands of others who have scaled this stage before. People who have walked this same road and are ready to lend a helping hand. The best to do is to reach out to them. For guidance and mentoring.
In a way, you can only be guided along that windy trajectory the course of your life will take, you can only be mentored so that your idea won’t die in the process of formation, the big job of making your dream a reality still lies in your hand.
And here, courage will be the defining characteristics of your dream. Your life journey is supposed to be hard, but with courage by your side, you can scale from one step, to another, also let’s not forget the God factor because you can’t do anything outside him, know your God in the days of thy youth and he shall lead your path

There are many ways to shine in life. The earlier you get this beautiful truth, the better. And the faster you embrace this aphorism, the easier. But much of the world find this profound truth hard to understand.
Partly because we love to compare our efforts and the results they bear with others; we’ve become people steeped in competition. And mostly when we compare and compete, we seldom come out on the winning side; even when we come out on the winning side, we rarely make it to the fulfilling side. Winning is not fulfilling!
Certainly, it is no coincidence that the defining characteristics of this time is the faulty mindset to outshine, outrun and outperform others in the race of life. In part, this is the result of win/lose mindset.
In a world defined by scarcity, preaching prosperity and abundance can be considered off-kilter. In a rat-race world, hard to preach against comparison and competition.
When you compete with others, be reminded, no one will help you. But when you compete with yourself, everyone will help you. You are considered an enemy, an opponent, when you slug it out with others. But when you strive to beat your own record, become better at your craft, everyone see you as a partner and a friend.
Of course you can shine by competing with others. You can even be on the spotlight by comparing your success and efforts and the results they bring with others. But there is limit to what you can achieve when others define the extent to which you want to go – in life.
In addition, when the success of others become the yardstick to measure how far you’ve gone on the scale of life, you’ve undoubtedly shot your happiness and fulfilment in the leg.
Much of our problems stem from comparison and competition. By contrast, much of our happiness and fulfilment are sweetly tied to self-care, self-nurturing and self-esteem -- some sort of intrinsic stuffs.
When you leave competition to competitors, comparison to those who enjoy doing it, you free and liberate yourself from the tyranny, frustration and intimidation that ensued from them.
By shunning competition and comparison, you allow yourself to shine; be seen by others while allowing others to see you. Competing and comparing rob you of your uniqueness and happiness. You can shine while allowing others to shine. Life shouldn't be a zero sum game.
Interestingly, this idea of abundance has also been the mentality of the world best. Those who have etched their names on the scroll of history; stamped their feat on the sand of time and leave an indelible imprint on humanity.

have been kind of down recently because I was expecting something which I didn’t get but seeing @Olasquare article yesterday really lifted my spirit and kind of gave me the extra motivation and push I needed to snap out of it ,
My weekends are what I always look forward it has been part of from Childhood(my two most favorite days of the are Wednesday’s and Sunday’s). What I was really like looking forward to was the footballing activities, My darling team Chelsea taking on burnley and other interesting fixtures all through the day,get time to spend with us at that time.
My last weekend was awesome as well travelled home get to see my parents and family and spent time with them and also a family friend of mine was getting married, it’s been long I attended an owanbe ceremony had missed the taste of party jollof, so it was kind of mixed feelings for me as I ate to the fullest and the ceremony was nice as I get to see long distance relatives some I haven’t seen in ages, it felt nice tho my hand and back aches from prostrating and kneeling as Yoruba tradition.
from there couldn’t miss my darling team playing at 4pm rushed to a viewing center from the venue, Chelsea dominated all through the match and got the load through Kai Havertz but we were kind of wasteful in front of goal so we couldn’t capitalize and burnley equalized and the game ended up it an draw it was kind of painful though, Because I had high hopes of winning and I was so sure we going to win, but we still top of the Premier league

Here I am with my second articles, It saddens me when I hear my parents or elderly ones talks about Nigeria of Old, how they enjoyed during their times, free education, free food, Employment were easy to get, Security was uptight, Our Economy was one of the best in the world, Naira and Dollar are not far from each other, Our Football league were viewed as the best in Africa from far and wide,
**There was a giant**
At independence, all eyes were on the most populous black country on earth. For good reason. Nigerians were high flyers in intellectual and educational endeavours, business, international diplomacy, and in military and political leadership. In continental leadership, only Ghana rivalled Nigeria before independence, Nigerian political leaders who were also great leaders of thought, the problem Nigeria is facing today started since independence and they included: succession of failed administrations,political instability, moral bankruptcy in public institutions,religious and ethnic bigotry, the growing rot in public bureaucracy,sleaze in the oil sector and overdependence on oil revenue, public office allure which has attracted more thieves and charlatans to politics,the ceaseless plunder of the national treasury, a lack of public accountability.
Corruption is a global menace, but Nigeria suffers most of all. People are starting to see that this nation has a corrupt culture. For many years, Being the oil giant, which runs on the grease of politics, Nigeria could be characterized as a wealthy nation staying afloat on oil. However, the problem is that money from oil does not flow to the people. The top public officials are wealthy because they hide behind the falsehood that public money belongs to no one. The national news is full of information on how public officials are buying million dollar mansions and accumulating stolen public funds in financial establishments abroad
Crime and terrorism These two issues also negatively influence the economic situation of the country. The Nigerian crime issue gives many people in this country sleepless nights. In some places, people feel that they cannot walk around their neighborhoods freely, the problem of security is nothing to write home about, the bandits, Boko haram are all menace in Nigeria, with bombings and kidnapping. Unemployment is one of the most damaging problems of Nigeria, and many people are disappointed due to widespread joblessness. It seems like we are going round in circles. Unemployment is high due to the economic recession, and we have a tough economic situation due to the high rate of unemployment. We need to break out of this vicious cycle. According to reports by the National Bureau Statistics (NBS), in 2019, the rate of unemployment in Nigeria was 23.1%, and the underemployment rate was 16.6%.Public security is an essential aspect of every state, and Nigeria has failed in this respect. Additionally, it is stated that the rate of unemployment for Nigeria is 32.5 per cent in 2021. This figure is projected to increase further in 2022, with implications that are better imagined if the country's current economic challenges are not urgently reversed. Furthermore, due to the high level of unemployment, in March 2014, 16 people were killed in a scuffle when 500,000 despairing job-seekers were hurrying to apply for about 5,000 vacancies in the Immigration Service of Nigeria. Students, after graduating from higher educational institutions, often face low morale due to joblessness. A lot of Nigerian graduates were not even able to acquire useful skills during their education process. They were busy reading textbooks without having an opportunity to practice what they read. That is why they apply for jobs, and they are not hired due to the lack of specialized skills. As a result, graduates usually stay in their parents' homes for a long period, with mounting pessimism and frustration. It is one of the leading causes of crime among young people,They turn to unconscionable activities because there is nothing else except to generate income or occupy their time. These days, corruption has also spread to the Nigerian educational system, especially in universities.Environment and health issues The health and environmental standards of the country are in deplorable condition. In 2015, Amnesty International announced that Nigeria experiences hundreds of oil spills annually in the Niger Delta, mainly because of sabotage, pipe erosion, and uncaring attitude by oil firms. This is also responsible for the hike in oil prices. Oil spills wilt the soil nutrients and other essential elements. This weakening can damage the communities that farm and fish in the Niger Delta and the general economy. Litters and waste products are strewn all over the streets and roads in Nigeria. Improperly disposed rubbish promotes the spread of diseases, and this will end up affecting the Nigerian economy. Another main problem facing the country's economy is the health issue. People suffer from a lack of medicines and inexperienced doctors with bad education. What is more, corruption abounds in this area? In our country, if you have no money, you will not get proper treatment. Infrastructure Infrastructure may seem like a simplistic point compared to other issues like Boko Haram, but how can a country develop without a dependable power supply? The power department is mismanaged and corrupt, and a lot of workers in the electricity department are not equipped with the proper training or skills. In general, domestic production suffers in these kinds of conditions, and a lot of foreign companies also find it hard to invest their business in Nigeria due to the constant power failures. This challenge keeps the country on the list of Third World countries annually.
At 61,Nigeria should not be groping in the dark. There have been numerous wasted opportunities, no doubt, but it takes just a right turn at any second for a vehicle in the middle of nowhere to find its bearing. A lot of things need to change and it starts from we as citizen standing up and doing what is right exercise our right to vote in the coming general election in 2023 and pray for God to help us.

Well Well Well, as they say it’s better late than never I’m AYOBAMI ADESUYI nickname Immaculate, Hail from Ile -Ife in Osun State,born September 8, I love color blue, I’m the last born of three boys, missed the joy of having a sister, Ladies are a wonderful creature lol, I wish I had one either senior or junior but I’m gon get one in the future obviously in form of wife(Special) I’m a Christian, I’m a social media freak like I can’t do without my phone in a day I got sick one time My phone spoilt( YES, it’s that bad) I believe in equity, though the world is not that balanced, even fingers are not equal, Chelsea is my favorite club (KTBFFH) and my favorite footballl player is Eden Hazard, I’m sad at his decline recently, I had high hopes when he left Chelsea and went to Madrid if a genie offered me 3 wish today the third would be to see hazard Balling again so I studied Information and Communication Science from University of ILORIN (better by far) My convocation was not long ago , October 23rd 2021, I’d be going for NYSC later this month (I can’t wait )I would say I’m an extrovert to an extent, as a person I like to wear my smile always even when I’m feeling down I believe life is hard we shouldn’t make it hard on ourselves I like learning new stuffs, however I’ve never write an article before now tried learning how to write poem while in secondary school but I couldn’t really grasp the whole concept, I sing as well, I love singing during my spare time an avid music lover be it rap, trap, Afrobeat, amapiano sounds, hip hop, soul music, alternative lol I’m a jack of all trade, As per my favorite artiste I would say Drake, Olamide, Wizkid and Fireboy DML,

Have had my fair share of life, the good, the bad and the ugly, School life in Unilorin was tough lost my dad along the line that would be story for another day.
**A TRAGIC ACCIDENT WHILE TRAVELING FROM ILORIN**
Something tragic happened while I was travelling on Sunday which really got me down registered on Monday but didn’t get myself to do anything, an 18 passenger bus travelling from ILORIN to Ikorodu carried 4 galloons of petrol as luggage’s in the bus (guess the driver was too greedy, risking people’s life). Along the way on getting to Remo in Ogun state, the bus entered a large gallop at the front of a petrol station and it tumbled the petrol spread and the bus caught fire, out of 18passengers only 5 survived even out of the 5, two were in Critical condition burnt beyond recognition, others 14passengers including the driver burnt to death what really got me down was that a police station was a 5minutes drive to the scene of the accident in fact a State police Command for that matter, nobody showed up even the villagers stayed there looking and making video none could think of Using water or alternative to quench the fire, while my bus passed the scene the fire was still burning, it was a crazy scene which I won’t forget so easily, I just had to thank GOD again for protecting me throughout my journey while still in school God help my country Nigeria alas! Don’t know what else to say, like
Road to Freedom
My main aim of joining Read.Cash is improving my writing skills, because it has been my long dream of having a place to channel my anger and put it to good use and earning in BCH which is secondary though, also I would like to thank my good friend @Kristofferquincy who introduced the platform to me, God bless you brother.
