433 Lotto Winner? We all dreaming of us winning the Grand Lotto Jackpot price right? who don't? but this time the winner is not just one, two or even a one hundred people but more than 400, 433 to be exact did you believe in that cases? well let see if it is real or not. In the October 1 draw in Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced that 433 won the 236 million peso ($4 million) jackpot price, 500,000 pesos ($8,506) each person. The winning numbers are 9-18-27-36-45-54 that's the more become confusing because all the winning numbers are all visible by 9. Is that all luck? or a tricks? that's all the net netizen ask. There other people says that it's there's a tricks behind that game, they said that PCSO do that to get more taxes, more winner of course more taxes to come. Other one says that the 433 winners are also a PCSO employees too and they just get the money for themselves. Senate Minority Leader Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel asked for investigations towards this issue of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) so they can clarify everything in everyone. “These lotto games are authorized by the Republic of the Philippines. Therefore, we need to maintain and protect the integrity of these gambling games.” Senator Pimentel said. But PCSO General Manager Melquiades A. Robles said that they are always open for an investigation towards this issue and Robles assured that they found nothing wrong in the draw because it all clean and Robles describe it as a "natural occurance". The PROBABILITY OCTA Research fellow and University of the Philippines Diliman Institute of Mathematics professor Guido David said in an interview with CNN Philippines the probability of getting the same sets of numbers of bettors guessing the right combination is 1 followed by 1,224 zeros. The chance of one bettor winning the Grand Lotto draw is one out of 29 million, David said. That's so small chances right? But David added that it is Not Possible to have multiple winners, especially since October 1 draw winning combination was a mathematical sequence. "Some people are pointing to some factors [for having multiple winners]. If we look at the winning combination, it's a mathematical sequence — all multiples of 9 — so some people also find this highly suspicious. It looks like an algorithm of some kind," he said "I don't blame people who find it unusual or surprising — I, myself, am surprised about the result," David added. The PCSO's Facebook page showed that winners mostly place their bets in Metro Manila. 152 placed their bets in Metro Manila, 34 in Cavite, 22 in Rizal, 21 each in Bulacan and Laguna, 14 each in Batangas and Cebu, 13 in Pampanga, 11 in Pangasinan, and 10 each in Benguet and Iloilo. By now 40 over 433 who won the Grand Lotto Price worth 236 million peso ($4 million) on October 1 draw in Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) in Mandaluyong City claimed thier prices. “I am thankful to the PCSO that we are blessed with Jackpot Prizes. I traveled for 10 hours to get here and get my winnings. I really bet pattern 9, pattern 8, pattern 7, and pattern 6 for many years and I’m thankful that I finally won,” one of the winner said A retired police officer turned farmer from Nueva Vizcaya named "Lucas" said he traveled for eight hours to claim his prize. Another bettor “Sonia” also won the jackpot after 5 years of betting. A third, “Neneng”, said it was her second time to try her chances on the same set of numbers. Everyone always dreaming about us winning this kind of games with a very huge prices. If there's a tricks behind the game let the investigator, police or other person who's in much higher position to investigate that matter and don't spread fake news and to those who won the October 1 draw, it might be impossible but you make it possible.
