I see someones post she got $0.23 heart rate in one post with 19 people heart her post. So I stalk her and I can tell she is a good user with a good content so I rate her as a good user I hope I can see if I am a bad or good user here in this platform 😔 coz I'm still confuse about the heart value I get.
