I am feeling down today. Tried to purchase a house but someone offer more and got it. Aussie market is crazy, and sometimes I wonder if we will find THE house we want. Sure we can make compromises but still nothing... So I guess it's only a matter of time. Positive vibes and thoughts, be good in the approach and attract the positive people.
