Well Cardano's Vasil hard fork is going to be delayed for a month. And it's not a bad thing if you think about it. Just recently we have been witnesses of the Terra/Luna fiasco and fairly recently of the Solana liquidity drama with solend. Now, more than ever we need to be very cautious and not repeat the same mistakes others made before. So, because this hard fork is a dApp focused one (increasing the TPS is one of the features), developers asked for some time to play around with the features on the testnet.
