Ripple💎, The Global Payments Solution Ripple aka "XRP" is a digital asset that was built for payments. It is the native digital asset on the XRP Ledger—an open-source, permissionless and decentralized blockchain technology that can settle transactions in 5 seconds. XRP could be sent directly without needing a central intermediary, making it a convenient instrument in bridging two different currencies quickly and efficiently. Being released in the year of 2012, Ripple is built upon a distributed open source protocol and supports tokens representing fiat currency, commodities, crypto or other units of value such as frequent flier miles or mobile minutes. Ripple purports to enable secure, instantly and nearly free global financial transactions of any size with zero charge backs. The ledger employs the native cryptocurrency known as *****XRP*****. The original authors of Ripple are known as; Arthur Britto, David Schwartz and Ryan Fugger which also engaged in the developing of Ripple Labs Inc. It's Initial release was in 2012 and it's stable release was in 15th of may, 2018. **Is XRP A Good Crypto Investment?** Ripple "XRP" is a good coin for general cryptocurrency enthusiasts as it is an altcoin but it is still respected and has its ground as a top five coin with an established market. Also, XRP is a good investment for Thematic investors in the financial sector, seeing as XRP is a coin aimed at mainstream financial institutions. This means that people looking to invest in the future of transactions and payment would have a good shot of looking at XRP. **The Journey Of XRP** Ripple’s trajectory through 2021 and beyond is looking quite good based on the fact that it had a really tough year in 2020 and the years before that. The coin suffered through 2019 and was one of the worse performing top crypto assets but this means there is a lot of room for it to go up the charts. To understand the path to how XRP will perform in 2022, and how 2020 shaped it, it is pertinent to go back a few more years and examine the waves of XRP through its history. "XRP" was created by Ripple in 2012 with a premined supply of ***100 billion tokens***. This figure is a lot larger than the supply of Bitcoin which is 21 million coins. In addition, more XRP coins can be created whereas no more Bitcoin will ever be made. XRP was trading close to $0.005 on its launch and prices remained largely flat until 2017, when the entire crypto industry went through a unique boom. Most people know about Bitcoin’s peak in December 2017, but in April and May 2017, XRP sky rocketed to $0.40 per token, with prices settling down around the $0.20 range for the next six months. With the follow of Bitcoin’s boom in charts, altcoin season set in and XRP prices rose with a mind boggling 84 per cent in a day from $0.27 to $0.51 mid way through December 2017. The next two weeks XRP went to cross the $1 mark and finished the year on an incredible high of $2.30, an increase of 38,000 percent, compared with where it was at the beginning of 2017. Surely, what goes up must come down and XRP fell below the $1 mark when February 2018 came around. XRP continued to struggle all throughout 2019 and even while other top crypto assets picked up the pace in 2020, XRP still wasn't able to catchup. XRP, as a cryptocurrency, has very low barriers of entry to start investing and trading in. Someone new to the line up can quite easily get their hands on XRP and begin their investment journey with the coin by just holding onto it and waiting for ****Appreciation or Depreciation****. However, there are a number of different ways that a person can actually invest in Ripple and start to make money off of it. It all begins with buying and holding. This is one of the more common and popular methods employed with investing in cryptocurrency and has especially paid off with regards to Bitcoin and it's counterparts. Buying and holding is a simple and very effective method to profit from crypto, but it may not be the best use of XRP. As it as been explained in the earlier reads, XRP is a volatile asset and it has been fluctuating in price for some time now. Its movement has not been steadily on the hill side like other coins as its price is affected by a few different factors as it is owned by a full company in Ripple. Another very popular method of investment in crypto is usually through mining but it must be mentioned that you cannot mine XRP and this again goes back to the supply being owned and controlled by a single company. The best way to invest and profit from Ripple is probably trading.

The African Elephant 🐘 African elephants are the largest land animals on planet Earth. They are slightly bigger than their Asian elephant cousins and can be identified by their larger ears that look somewhat like the continent of Africa while Asian elephants have smaller, rounded ears. Although they were long grouped together as one species, scientists have determined that there are actually 2 species of African elephants (and both are at risk of extinction). Savanna elephants are larger animals that roam the plains of sub-Saharan Africa, while forest elephants are smaller animals that live in the forests of Central and West Africa. The International Union for the Conservation of Nature lists savanna elephants as endangered and forest elephants as critically endangered. African elephants are a keystone species, which means that they play a critical role in their ecosystem. Also known as “ecosystem engineers,” elephants shape their habitat in many ways. During the dry season, they use their tusks to dig up dry riverbeds and create watering holes many animals can drink from. Their faeces is full of seeds, helping plants spread across the environment and it makes pretty good habitat for dung beetles too. In the forest, their feasting on trees and shrubs creates pathways for smaller animals to move through, and in the savanna, they uproot trees and eat saplings, which helps keep the landscape open for zebras and other plains animals to thrive. Elephants are *****Matriarchal*****, which means that they live in female led groups. The matriarch is usually the biggest and oldest, She presides over a multi generational herd that includes other females, called cows, and their young. ***Adult males, called bulls, tend to roam on their own, sometimes forming smaller, more loosely associated all male groups***. Having a baby elephant is a serious commitment. Elephants have a longer pregnancy than any other mammal, it takes almost 22 months. Cows usually give birth to one calf every two to four years. At birth, elephants already weigh some 200 pounds and stand about three feet tall. Elephants eat Fruits, Roots, Grass, and tree bark. An adult elephant can consume up to 300 pounds of food in a single day. These hungry animals do not sleep that much because they are roaming great distances while foraging for the large quantities of food that they require to sustain their massive bodies. African elephants range throughout the savannas of sub-Saharan Africa and the rainforests of Central and West Africa. The continent’s northernmost elephants are found in *****Mali’s Sahel Desert*****. The small, nomadic herd of Mali elephants migrates in a circular route through the desert in search of water. Because elephants eat so much, they’re increasingly coming into contact with humans. An elephant can destroy an entire season of crops in a single night. A number of conservation programs work with farmers to help them protect their crops and provide compensation when an elephant does raid them. African elephants are protected in all the countries of their geographic range. They’re also protected under international environmental agreements, cities and the *****Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species*****. There have been recent efforts to bring re-legalize the international trade in ivory, but those so far have failed. Conservation groups and governments have worked to set aside land for all wildlife including sites that connect those protected lands. Still, researchers believe that up to 75% of elephants' range is on unprotected land. To curb poaching of elephants, stopping the illegal trade is key. Volunteers have launched campaigns that address both the supply side "poaching" and the demand side "people who buy ivory". There has been some progress in recent years, especially on the demand side: In 2015, China believed to be the world’s biggest illegal and legal ivory market agreed to a "near-complete" ban on the domestic trade of ivory. Since the ban went into effect, public demand for ivory seems to have fallen. **Fun Facts About Elephant's** Elephant family members show signs of grief and may revisit the bones of the deceased for years, touching them with their trunks. Mud baths protect elephants from the sun and clean their skin of bugs and ticks. African elephants can eat up to 300 pounds of food a day. Elephants recognize themselves in a mirror.

My Intro Into Read.cash It's a beautiful Easter Sunday and I'll be giving an intro of who I am and what I do, including my goals and my ambitions. I'm ice by the way, you can call me icey or the iceman. I lived in New Orleans (Old Aurora) for a fraction of my life, moved to Maracash in Morrocco and now I school in Cape town, south Africa. I invest most of my time in affiliates and also can have a say in the NFT community. I started my NFT journey few weeks back and I'm happy with the way that worked out. There is actually alot of money to be made from selling JPEGs and PNG's (images) lol. From bored ape to, crypto punk to, doodles and decentraland and every other NFT collections out there, they have all gained massive profits from it. I invest most of my money in altcoins like Shiba inu🚀 and Little Rabbit 🚀. Other than meme coins in also see potentials in etherium and Bitcoin cash. So far I won't say I'm the richest in the crypto space but I've gotten alot of profit from it. Affiliate marketing which I've been doing for quite a while too as also had its ups and downs but I'm happy with what I've been able to achieve over the months. What about my hobbies? Well I do have big hobbies for sports especially soccer, big fan of Liverpool and I enjoy watching them so much. Other hobbies may vary from playing video games to cooking and baking. Sometimes I just love to be in my room reading a story book which could be drama or romance(love those). Currently I'm a second year student in the engineering department, it's not easy but I still try my best though. Honestly I didn't even know this kind of platform existed till a friend of mine told me about it, I saw and read some interesting articles and I thought this could be a really cool place to be. One advise I would give you is that you should always be yourself and never be bothered about what others think, what others think does not determine who you are.
