February; Love Month or Month for Purification

February
We are now officially entering the second month of the new year. Today is February 2nd and it is Wednesday. I am rooting for a much better day to come for this new month. Praying and hoping that all will fall into proper places. Many of us believe that this month is the love month and many were expecting to fall in love within this period. But to Roman history, February is also the month for purification.
Let us see why this is the month for purification. Derived from the Latin word, the Roman month *Februarius* was named after the Latin term *februum*, which means "purification", via the purification ritual, *Februa* held on February 15 (full moon) in the old lunar Roman calendar. But many of us celebrate this month as love month because of Saint Valentine which is always held on the 14th of the month. According to the story, he was the patron saint of love a roman priest in his time who perform marriage rites to the people in the time of Emperor Claudius it was this emperor who ordered death to saint valentine because of disobeying his order of denying Christ. He was executed cutting his head and was honored by the Catholic church for his suffering. (Thanks Google for the valuable Information).
Growing up believing in February as a love month makes no difference as knowing it as a purification month. We may love one another as always taught to us by our faith. And we also purify ourselves when we are in front of our Almighty. Whatever you believe hope it was for the good of many. Love month or not let us always love one another guys. Let us always be grateful in everything we have. Let us show how much we love our loved ones.

Welcome New Month

New Month New Hope
Tomorrow will be February we will be starting the second month of the New Year. And for our fellow Chinese friends is just the start of their year let me greet all of you Happy Chinese New Year 🎊.
A new month means new hope for me. The first month of the new year seems not too good for me. So I am praying and hoping that this new month will be different. January gives so much trial for me and even on its last day, bad news greeted me again. Someone from my friend's family lost another loved one. And I am crying my heart for her.
May this new month bring good news for all of us. And as for me pray that no one from my loved ones will be lost and got sick. This last week of January I was so sick and all my family members caught colds too glad that they were safe now. Praying also that this pandemic will be over or the virus will simply be controlled and there will be medicine developed to fight this virus. Praying that we can be back to our normal lives without the fear of this pandemic.
May this new month our goals will be much closer to our grasp. I did not wish for anything else but good health for all and we stay safe from any harm and danger. I wish my family were all safe and no sickness befall to everyone. Praying that our Lord continue to guide and bless us. That we can survive our day-to-day lives. Hoping this new month, love and understanding prevail. Let us all be kind to one another for we do not know in which situation we are at the moment. Kindness matters most.

Mild Covid
Hello friends how are you all I hope you're in good shape and free of harm? Last week was not good for me. It started when my kids fell sick. After their back to their good health, it was me who fell ill. I thought it was just the simple flu and fever but as the days pass I feel different symptoms within me I did not tell anyone in my family only my mom so I isolate myself immediately. I lost my sense of smell for two days. And I feel my chest grow heavy I develop also a super dry cough that my throat hurts when I gasp. I was worried for my family what if they got infected too for three days I was on my own I was in our nipa hut in our backyard. My mom just calls me when the food is ready. I drink lots of medicine. I continue praying when I was alone. I am glad after a week I am fine now defeAted this virus. My sense of smell was back and I my chest was ok now when I am breathing. There's no impossible when we pray and keep on fighting for ourselves.
Even I am fully vaccinated I did not escape this virus. But glad it's mild and my family is not infected I am fine now and on the road to full recovery. When I am alone by myself what keeps me fighting is the love of my family and God's message. Do not be too irresponsible when you felt something different choose to act fast to save others. Covid is serious and we must treat it seriously. The covid virus is real my dear friends even I am very careful with myself and with my surroundings, it hit me badly and almost infected my family. But it was over now and my road to a healthier me.

Ramblings Before January Ends
Blessed Thursday my dear read cash family another day and the weekend is waving again at us. Pardon my absences I am nursing myself back to health and I am nursing my heart as well I'm still mourning the loss of loved ones. The first month of the new year seems not too good for me but I am still thankful for this life I have despite the many things that happen to my family.

Ramblings
It's January 27th and we will be entering a new month in a few days. My first month of the year seems not so good. Our place was under alert level 3 and life seems to get harder with each passing day. Many people were infected by the new variant of covid and every day strict protocols were implemented. Because of this schools hAve temporary breAk which means the education of the children was once on hold. Once again children were affected the most. They can't go outside once again and studies stop again.
This month also brings heartbreak for me one of my loved ones passed away. I cried a lot for the passing of my uncle. He is a very good man, a caring father, and a loving husband to my aunt. His family is mourning the loss. I am also mourning for him because he is the best uncle for me. I remember when I was a kid and staying in their place he often cooks for us and always has a big smile for everyone. I will miss you uncle watch us in heaven always.
And this last week of January all of my family members got sick. It started with my second child followed by my youngest. All got fever and cold. I was not also in good health got sick after nursing my kids back to health got caught the virus of sickness. My mom also got sick and my eldest. So not a good end of the month. But anyway I am still grateful because sickness passed and all of us are slowly returning to good health.
Forgive me my friends if I'm not as active before. I am not afraid to admit that depression caught me too. But my family helps me to overcome it. And now I am slowly going back to my old self. And I hope this will pass.

So it is said that whatever you do in this present life or your past life will reflect in your future life. So when you do good things for others good things will befall unto you. But for those who are greedy and do not know how to treat others well, you will get the same in the future.
That is why karma has no menu you got served what you deserved. What're your actions today will be the fruit of the future? So plant goodness so you will reap goodness. Plant hatred and you will reap hatred. That is the law of karma. You cannot hide from it even you do not believe it. Maybe you don't believe it but I do. I have seen and experienced it myself. I may not be rich but I helped in my way. That is why when I needed help it was given to me no questions asked. I believe what we do to others will be done to us too. So always choose the right path to get what you deserve. Let me share this quote with all of you. This quote gives meaning to what I said that you got what you deserve. How My Weekend We're Spent
Blessed Sunday my dearest friend and my fellow writers. Sorry for not being active these past few days. My children got sick and even I also suffer from fever and cold. I wasn't able to write an article for two days and I miss being here with all of you. So for tonight let me tell you how my weekend was spent.

My Weekend
Hello my friends it is Sunday again and the weekend will be over. I miss all of you I missed reading different articles here so pardon my absence for I had a very tiring week and weekend. I have told you before I am still mourning for the loss of my uncle. I went to his funeral with my mother and I did not make it on his last day my ordeal began because my children got sick. It was first my second daughter and I am happy because she got better in no time but on Friday as I was resting because of a headache my youngest suddenly tell me that his head hurts so I gave him medicine but at midnight he started vomiting I got alarmed and I did not have a wink to watch him because his throw up did not end quickly it was on the early morning that we got some decent sleep for about an hour.
Glad they recovered that fast but the toll of being a mother who does on her children falls upon me. I started to have chills and my eyes become watery feeling the heAdache and my temperature rising. I am praying and hoping that this is just simple fever and flu and not covid. You know nowadays we feel worried when we got sick. Because being sick is so costly and we don't want to be tagged with covid. It is the worse fear today.
So the whole Saturday I am taking care of my youngest and at the same time, I am nursing myself back to health. This is how my weekend was spent. In bed to get better and at the same time take care of my children. Weekend must be full of happiness but for now aw skip it so we will be well all again.

I Feel Sick Because...
Blessed Thursday, January 20th, and a few days more we will be entering the second month of the new year, time flies and the situation is even getting worse. More and more people are infected by the new variant of covid. Sickness is inevitable we have changing weather from time to time and even you are protected and taking vitamins chances of getting sick are very high.

Feeling Sick Because...
Last night we were happy goofing around with my kids. But when dawn comes my nightmare as a mother began, my second daughter suddenly got a fever and she started vomiting. I felt another world tumbling down. I know mothers relate to me that we do not want our kids to get sick. I immediately gave medicine to her and make her fever go down by providing a wet towel to he forehead. Glad she fell asleep again and I watch her till morning comes. Do not have a decent sleep and I need to get up to prepare for my morning chores. What did I do was make a strong mug of coffee to wake my sleepy mind and body.
I prepared congee for my daughter and fried some eggs for us for the breakfast meal. She ate half of a small bowl and gave another dose of her medicine. She fell asleep again after a while. And I continue to do my chores. Need to cook for our lunch but first need to give a wash for my sick kid. Need to change her clothes. So I wake her up again. I am feeling sick already because of this situation no one likes to see their children not feeling better. What could have been better if I am the one who is sick I can manage. Sometimes children can't talk about what is wrong with them as my child just cries a lot when she is sick. That is why I feel sick too that situation drains my energy. I just can watch them and give them some care they needed until they feel better. My Thursday is not good to wish it will be better. I do not want this feeling of being sick.
Still, God is good this afternoon my daughter eats well and the fever subsided. I gave her medicine after we have our dinner. And gave her cleanse to change into evening wear. I feel fine now wishing this sickness I feel will get away too. Because of much stress recently I do not feel well. I am still in my grieving period because of the passing of my loved one and now another loved one is sick. Wishing all will be well and all of us be away from any harm.
We may experience some bad days but we need to fight to continue to pursue our aspirations in life for our loved ones. And just like they said bad days don't last long. I need to prepare first the food for my kids because they will be left behind. Sadly they can't go outside again. So I do all my chores before going out. Wednesday Rumblings
I was at loss for any idea, though I could not write tonight. I was tired from my travel back and forth to attend the wake of my late uncle. Mind is wondering where to get anything to write. But then I remember my smartbch on my metamask wallet I have staked the free Eben I got from that checkbook.cash. Although it is only 2.08 Eben it is finally getting some profit. I am planning to buy some when I have my funds divided into my spending.
And I have some tokens there too. I haven't visited my wallet for too long. I almost forget them thanks to one of the posts I have read on noise. And I am glad I do remember my seed phrase and I open it in an instant. Seems the tokens were sleeping in my wallet I do not know what to do with them. I am sad that I have converted some of the tokens I have to be and then to my local fiat. I can't help it because I was dire in need at that time.
Wednesday was not so good day for me. I am tired but I do not mind it, I am feeling lost my heart is still aching and my mind is still processing all of the things that were happening now. My uncle is a good person he did not harm others and always does good. I am asking why he leaves early. Why him when there are bad people who can go instead of him. The usual thought is when someone you love is gone. I know in time I can accept things. But for now, let me grieve ok. And I will deal with all of the things in front of me and I will also deal with my smartbch tokens.

Moving On Despite the Hurt
Another Blessed Tuesday amazing writers of read. cash platform. Have you Choose to be happy and forget some stupid things that make you sad but you do not hAve control. It is January 18th and we receive sad news from our relatives an uncle of mine just passed away. And my heart is hurt for our loss. One of my loved ones departed from the living. And I am sad for the family that was left behind.

Moving On but it Hurts
Death is inevitAble we cannot stop this thing when the time comes. But for those who are left behind the hurt is unbearable it tears you into tiny bits of pieces and none can do anything to console you in the moment. And you are broken crying in one corner for your loss.
We may be hurting but we must move on. We can't live always with our teArs. I know the hurt will be there and it takes time to accept what is lost. But we must move forward we must learn to embrace the things that happen to us. The grief is still there there is no time on how we can stop crying but learn to move on that we can't do anything to bring back what is lost.
It is time to move forward you need to be happy. Moving on does not mean you forget. The memory will still be there use those to uplift your mood think of the happy ones and not the sad ones that can make you cry. Crying is not bad it shows you are human. And it is a sign of strength. It means you have released some sadness in your heart.
As for me, I am still grieving for our loss but I know that whenever my uncle be he is happy now. No more pain, no more sickness, and no more hurt. Just praying for his soul and eternal rest. Watch us your loved ones from up above uncle. We will surely miss you big time. No one will make coffee for me when I visited there in your place. But rest in peace knowing we love you always. I know that I need to move on now, I need to be happy and face the days that will come that you will not be here with us. It is hard but we will all try to do it. Farewell dear uncle.

Not So Busy Monday
Happy Blessed New week my awesome friends and fellow writers here on this amazing platform. Monday, January 17th life is still a struggle we need to cope with our changing world. Today is the start of the academic break according to the Educational Department of my country it is also on this day that may place is under Alert Level 3 due to the rise of affected covid patients. Sad that after the holidays another surge of covid surfaces.

**Not so Busy Day**
Monday again my dear friends and most of us do not want to begin another week because of the busy schedule we had. And Monday is very hectic for me. But today I am free I did not cram I did not put any effort to wake up early to do my chores at hand. I just woke up at my usual time and finish my coffee to cook breakfast for my family. I just clean our bAckyard which is full of dry leaves. And I inspect my vegetables if they needed anything aside from watering them. I was not in a hurry for we have two weeks break from going to school to surrender and retrieve new sets. Imagine my relief when I can rest for some time and not always be in a hurry when Monday comes.
But on this day I was sad also for my place is under alert level 3 because of the covid virus. Many were affected. And the local government was alerted once again they are now implementing rules to avoid the further spread of the virus. It is the kids that were affected much since they still don't have available vaccine they are not allowed once again to go outside home premises. And the schools were forced to another break. It is up to parents how they will teach their kids.
Covid Virus is not a joke, let us all be responsible citizens. Obey the protocols of the government for the good of many. Remember our loved ones in times of this. So sad that we have to experience this situation. Praying that our Lord will have mercy and stop this virus from creating havoc on many people's lives. My not so busy day ended well with the beautiful sunset in my place.

When we feel depressed or fail in something we do. Do you easily give up everything and just sulk in one corner and do nothing. Are you the kind of person who gives up easily? If so you do not believe in yourself it means you do not want to accept failure. And you do not want to learn to adapt to your surroundings.
In this journey in life, we may cross paths of troubles and failures. All of that things we must face with courage. Because sometimes there were gloomy casts of shadows looming around the corner for us to reach our dreams.
Life isn't about to take easily it was a commitment. If we want to achieve our dreams we must work for them. We must put ourselves into it. We must take action to fulfill it no matter what happens. Trials and failures will make us strong in the process. Determination is needed to achieve everything we want in life.
If you quit on everything important to you. It is not good because you will develop a pattern of quitting when things go not the way you want them to be. You need to be persistent it is one you needed because things worthwhile needed you to be persistent.
Remember the words ***"Never Give Up Even The World is Against You"***. Reach for what you aspire in your life. Be courageous to face every single trial. Successful people are the ones who never give up they always face struggles. And even in your love life if you give up easily you can never have a happy ending story. Even in your studies never give up always believe that you can and you will. Always remember great things always takes time.

Sometimes in this life when we have reached what we aspire of we often forget who are we since from the start. The wealth and prestige in society often get to our heads. Correct me if I'm wrong but I have seen numerous people that changed when they become successful and think less of the people they grow with because of what they become.
Hi, I am Sally I am a millionaire now because of my hard work and dedication to my dreams. I own now a chain of restaurants all around and I plan to have more soon if I found a place that sells less for what it costs. And I found a place where poor people were studying I will demolish the old structure so I can build a fine dining restaurant of mine.
Life was so good to me money is no problem and I am well known to many. But I do not want poor people to be outside my establishment they make eyesore to my beautiful place. One day a shabby-looking teenager was just outside my one of five-star restaurants I asked immediately my manager what it is. He told me that she was looking for a job so she could earn for buying their needs. And that is what he could do to help the poor girl. I immediately throw her up on the street. And I got busy inside entertaining my guest as I was about to leave for my house I felt something was amiss and I knew in an instant that a pair of my diamond 💎 earrings was gone I look all around my office and in my restaurant but I can't find. So I ordered all my staff to find it immediately that piece is worth a million. But sadly they can't find it anywhere. I was losing hope then the phone rang in my place a voice from the other line told me to go to a place and I will see what is missing in me.
I hesitate at first what if it's a trap and someone will kidnap me. But my curiosity drives me there and I found the little lass waiting for me. She told me that while I was throwing her out on the street my earrings were accidentally fell out from me she was trying to call me but afraid that I will just throw her out again so she just calls me instead. I asked the girl why she is selling on the streets. And she replied my parents lost their jobs and I can't go to another school because of lack of money. The only school that she can study in was demolished that is where her parents were also working. And I am selling flowers so I can help them. I started to cry, I can help it. I told her that before I became rich I was a poor student who got a scholarship from a prestigious school no one believes in me. I started on the bottom I was once a dishwasher then cashier manager of the restaurant I had been working at until I save all my eArnings to build my restaurant. And the rest is history. Intell her how could I repay her. She told me to just give some money to repay the one who lends her to be able to call me.
The last thing I can do for her is to establish the old school that I demolished so she can study again and her parents can have jobs. And when it was finally done I visited it and I have seen Amy that was her name. She immediately comes to me and says thank you because you have built again our school. But I said in return it is I want to say ***thank you because you have reminded me of who I am***.

Helping is very rare nowadays. Because not everyone also needs help they are beyond our reach we can't do anything about them.
During these trying times, we can be good citizens. You know even the smallest thing you can do for someone is a great thing for them. Because not everyone can do what you have done. Helping others was sometimes last in the mind of other people.
Helping other people is important you know why because it can make them feel better that someone taking time to take care of helping them. If you can spare a little time to help others, it may be they need someone to talk to a new friend or you can simply give a meal to a needy one or just simply say encouraging words. These things can make someone happy. And besides helping others makes us useful and it can make our moods lighter and put a smile on our faces. It also makes our emotional and mental state much better knowing we did good things for others.

Wednesday Ramblings and Answering Some Questions
Blessed Wednesday and wishing everyone had a productive day today and all were safe from this pandemic we are facing. Wednesday, January 11th and we are in the middle of another week. Let's face it as the days passed by many more people were infected by the virus. And many restrictions were implemented by our government. Days pass And it is depressing to know that we will be facing another lockdown.
Are we ready again on Another Lockdown?
It is sad news lately that many were infected by the new covid variant omicron. Last holiday season many keep their guard down due to the celebration. We forgot that we still facing the covid and it is not finished. As another surge of patients are coming is our health department ready for this? Is our government prepared if many works will be affected once again by the lockdown? Can they give financial assistance as well? Last lockdowns many families suffered due to stop operations of some establishments many lost their jobs. Many were not prepared. Hope before they implement another lockdown many were prepared and the government as well we're ready for this.
Another threat to mental health?
If they implement another lockdown for sure many will be depressed once again. When the lockdown was ongoing, I for instance was depressed because our only source of income was stopped. And our savings was slowly depleting we have two kids on tow. Depression was everywhere and if we're not handled properly it will destroy our mental health. And this kind of issue should not be treated as a joke. So the government should have been concerned about that too.
We should learn to be more productive.
What I have learned during a pandemic is to be productive. I have learned to plant my vegetables so I can have my produce. This way we can lessen the worry regarding financial matters. Besides gardening can be a stress reliever. So what I am saying now is starting to plant now your vegetables. Be productive don't sulk in the corner ok.
Last Thought
As we progressed day by day. All we can do is follow safety protocols. Let's be responsible citizens in our community. Let us all help in eliminating this threat to our health. Ready or not we may be facing another lockdown. Our government needs any kind of help we can give. Much better if we stay at the home it is not important to go outside. Respect all kinds of work
I have heard a kid in my neighborhood taunting another kid. You are a loser your father is just a tricycle driver you will end up like him. I was sad at his age he can say things that hurt and humiliate another person. Maybe he was not taught good manners and right conduct by his guardians or his parents.
I am always taught to respect any kind of work in my community. Because without them we will have an imbalance in our society. Not all can be a farmer if that happens all will be planting who will look for other jobs or works line those collect our garbage. Who will protect us from harm? Who will check on us if we are sick and suffering from diseases? Who will catch the fish that we eat at our table? Who will fix our electric cables if this happens? To many who will be. Now you see what I mean. Any job in our society is important. Whether you are a farmer a garbage collector or you are a professional. We must learn to respect all of them. Because each has an important role to play.
And it doesn't mean your poor you will remain there. It is us who will decide if we rise or go down in the process. My grandparents were a good example for me. Both did not have formal education but worked hard for their children. I am living proof that if you have dreams and you work hard for them nothing is impossible.
We as parents should teach our young ones to respect everything that we see in our surroundings. All works were treated equally with respect. And remember not to hurt someone in the process. Even the lowest job in our society deserves respect we give to those in the high jobs as well.

New Threat to Health: Omicron
January 5th of our current year is Wednesday already and a few days away from the weekend. Seems the situation is not getting better a new variant of the coronavirus is fast-spreading and many are affected. The holidays give us time to relax and we forget that we are not yet over with the pandemic we are facing. We forgot to take the necessary precaution this led to this situation. Our government declared again the necessary measure to prevent the spread. And I know many are not happy with this.
But we can't blame them for securing the health of many. It is ourselves who should be aware of the causes of our slackness in protecting our family. Omicron the new variant of covid had entered our country, the Philippines and there was a controversy now because a certain girl did not cooperate in the standards health protocol of the government she did do the mandatory quarantine and instead of staying in the hotel, she went outside to party with the consent of her parents. She did the mandatory test but did not wait for the result before going out.
This action cannot be blamed on our government. It is us who should be ashamed in putting the lives of many in danger of being infected by the covid. Going out before test result and you were positive of the new variant of covid. Even your parents help you out before the test result. You know for yourself you traveled from another country. Why can't you be so responsible, citizen?
The new variant of covid is much fast-spreading according to the WHO. But if we take the vaccine and take the safety protocols we can be much safer. Let us help in stopping the spread of covid. Let us avoid crowded places and let us always wear our masks and always bring alcohol to disinfect. Be a responsible citizen. Let us protect ourselves and our loved ones.

2021 was the year for me living in the world of crypto. Last year was a blast I finally dig into the amazing world of bitcoin cash. A blessed new week and new Monday to all of us. At the start of another working day, the holiday is over and many of us are busy traveling to go to our respective works. As for the covid status in my country the Alert level 3 is being declared in the national capital region this prohibits again movement to certain establishments because the number of infected by the covid virus spikes up again. Saddened by this information many will be suffering again.

New Week and Hello Monday
As we keep progressing to the new year and new month we are now on the third day and the very first Monday. And since it is a new week it means the holiday is over and we have to face the reality of life. Many of us will be back to our respective workplaces leaving the memories we have with our family. As much as we enjoy the holiday we have to finish it now we need to work again for the future of our family.
And since it is Monday I am back to my daily routine school has resumed for my youngest so I wake up early. I need to prepare our breakfast and face the ton of our dirty clothes I need to wash them. We have accumulated lots of dirty clothes during the holiday. And I started putting them in the washing machine glad my eldest help me because I need to go to school to submit and retrieve new sets of modules for my kid. After going to school I need to face again the laundry my eldest is not yet finished so I help her again.
After the battle with our dirty clothes. I need to check on my father's roosters and chickens. I need to feed them and give them fresh water. And I need to water also my vegetable garden. My bitter gourd had fruits already together with my tomatoes. And my ladyfingers have flowers already meaning in no time it will give me also fruits. And besides my vegetable, we also have the lime tree which is full of flowers and little buds already.
Monday's are always a busy day for everyone but always remember it is us, how we perceive the day, how we have done our chores, and how we manage it all day long. Always stay happy and our workloads will be very easy. Loving what we do makes our hearts full of joy. May this new week and first Monday of the year bring what we desire always stay safe and may we always be protected by our God. The pandemic is still here it is not over and a new variant is emerging very fast. So please always took the necessary precautions to observe the safety protocols. MMXXII Goals
It's a new month and a new year for all of us. Wish you had an amazing journey in the coming months ahead. A new month means new goals and praying that all of what we have planned will work out for everyone. As we are bound to set new goals I am in doubt for myself. I do not hold now my schedule for I am always busy with the schooling of my children.
And this year I am planning to have a review so I can have a license to teach. But the schedule for the licensure exam is not yet open I need to wait for months again because of this pandemic. It is not open to new applicants so I am praying that I will soon have my license to teach.
I am aiming too to open a Savings Account for my children I want a portion of my earnings from noise and read to be saved for them for their education and for the financial crisis we may face in the future. I do not want to happen what we have experienced before when the pandemic strikes that all of our savings be gone.
For this new year, I will try to be more productive and of course, I like to focus on my children's education I know that it is hard for now because the new normal system of education is a burden to teachers, parents, and of course to the kids as well. But praying we all survive again this new year for the sake of learning of our children.
This new year may be tough but we are stronger than any other trials we may face. We Filipinos we're resilient and we can bounce back to any troubles we face in our lives. Praying hard that this new year will be better and all of our goals will be achieved. With the grace and guidance of the Father Almighty, we will survive another year of the journey of our life.

December 29th a few days away before 2021 will be replaced by 2022. This year was a roller coaster ride. We had ups and downs. But most of us had downs. The Year of the Metal Ox is an earth element of the Chinese zodiac. It says it brings prosperity, the symbol of a hard attitude. This year was a test for all of us. Test for our faith and our strength.
The year 2021 brings depression to everyone. Pandemic was not yet over and the number of affected escalated to a hundred thousand. Many were still in fear and doubted if we will survive this test in our lives. But with the grace of our Lord, we are still alive and fighting for our family's future and survival.
I experienced hardships and depression in the year 2021. Our family has lost our only source of income, the public utility vehicle was prohibited on the roads. My husband has to find alternatives so we can survive for our day-to-day expenses and I have done my part. I have to sell online anything that was needed by everyone. From foods to household things. But the income is not that good. That is when I decided to go back to my parent's house to stay for a while until the situation was good. And we're away from my hubby since then.
This 2021 taught so many lessons in our life. It makes me more strong for the sake of my family. I learned to save now for the future of my kids and for having money when you badly needed it. It makes our marriage trust more each other and always pray 🙏 . 2021 you gave me also sadness, on this year you took a person dear to my heart. My grandmother left us the only grandparent I have. But you taught me to overcome my sadness to continue in life for everyone surrounding me. And this year I have found two great platforms that connect many people all around the world. Holiday Aftermath
Blessed Sunday dear friends and fellow writers here on this amazing platform. Merry Christmas to everyone. And since it is still a weekend some of us are still busy with the celebration of Christmas. And some are busy preparing to go to work for tomorrow. May all of us be filled with love and joy this holiday season.

After Holiday
It's December 26th a day after the holiday and our house are in a mess. This is what happened after the celebration. So to start my day I opt for my mug of coffee. After coffee, I prepared our breakfast and then I begin to tidy up our house. Sweep our yard first and clean the dog houses. But my mom called me and I help her in opening our store after a day of closing it for Christmas. After helping my mom I faced a mountain of dirty clothes, so I started sorting them first. Whites from the colored ones and then shorts and pants. And I used my ever-reliable friend, our washing machine this time to help me in our laundry. But I still hand-washed some clothes, especially the ones used when going outside. After my laundry was finished. It is our kitchen I clean first. I clean the utensils we used for the holiday and put them back all on the cupboard where they belong. The casserole was towel-dried and put back to their boxes. And now that they are clean and placed in their places I can have a quick nap because I feel tired and sleepy. Later I will tend my vegetable garden.
After having my nap it's my garden that needs my attention because of the holiday season and the rains that visited us I hardly visited them. And now time to put some fertilizer on them to make them healthy and produce more fruits in the future, besides my bitter gourd, tomatoes, and lady's finger has already had some fruits on them. That is why I'm happy hard works pays off.
This is the aftermath of the holidays you celebrate with happiness but on the regular days, you need to clean all the mess that it has left. But I'm not complaining just stating the fact about what happened after the holiday.
Hope all of you had a holiday well spent. Still a happy holiday for all of us. Thank you, my dear friends, for always finding time to visit and read my humble articles. Maybe after publishing this I will take my sleep. Tired really from the days work.
