This morning I went to see my doctor about my hypertension (high blood pressure). The doctor did not prescribe any medication, but did advise me to get plenty of rest and limit my sodium intake until my next medical check-up appointment next week. After I got home and had lunch, I spent time with my cats and kept myself busy in the garden with my cactus collections to relieve my stress. I'm going to propagate and transplant Echinopsis Cactus into several small pots today. I wish you all a wonderful new Monday week.
