Yellow Dragon Fruit - The dragon fruit is typically in red to pink skin fruit with green scales that resembles into a shape like dragon. Dragon fruit grows on Hylocereus Cactus and being known as pitaya, pitahaya, strawberry pear. Honolulu Queen and etc. with beautiful flowers that will surprise you only at night. I planted variety species of dragon fruit both at my property and backyard garden to enjoy its beautiful flowers and healthy rich benefits of the fruit. But the yellow dragon fruit is quite unique and exotic with more sweet, firm texture than regular pink to red dragon fruit. And also very rare and pricey at USD 5-7 per KG while typical dragon fruit is only USD 1 per KG. My dragon fruits have started fruiting and I can enjoy its fruits in next 45 - 60 days.
