Sunflower Microgreen or Sunflower Shoot - As part of my daily routine, I make an effort to consume fresh fruits and vegetables. And discovered that it is difficult to be certain that fresh fruits and vegetables available in markets and supermarkets are free of chemical and pesticide residues, So, if you have some free time and a spare spot in your garden, I recommend growing your own vegetables to eat at home. However, there are lots of challenges to growing your own vegetables, such as time, insects, plant diseases, and so on. I've recently fallen in love with microgreen, which is a tiny plant that grows from the seed of vegetables, legumes and herbs and can be harvested for a short period of time when only 2.5 to 8 centimeters tall. The microgreen is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and nutrients when it is in its early stages of development. Even though it is small and tiny, the micro green is densely packed with nutrients. My favorite microgreen is sunflower, which I can grow and harvest in 5-7 days, and then enjoy its crunchy texture with a spinach-like feel. The tiny Sunflower Microgreen is high in vitamins A, C, E, K, and B6, as well as folate, iron, and protein, as well as Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats and amino acids. My Sunflower microgreen in the photo will be ready to harvest in 2-3 days. Do you grow vegetables in your garden or at home? I wish you a wonderful Thursday.
