It finally rained. Quenching the thirst of the earth. I love the coolness that it brought. The melody I hear from the drops tapping on our rooftop. I love rainy days. But other times I don’t. It gives longing that I never want to feel again. I sometimes watch how it lands on the road, the plants. Other times I just want to lay on my bed trying to sleep.
