My Thoughts When I Start A New Life Hi, it seems like life is getting more messy. I recently enrolled in my dream university and dream course. However, I have a lot of worries right now. Did you experience this as well? Even though I know it's normal, I still don't like it. Despite getting my dream course, I feel uncertain if I can really enjoy and succeed in it. If you ask me what course I have enrolled in, well, it is Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. When I first read about this course, I already saw myself studying this course. To the point that I never consider any course other than this, but when I got it, I don't know, I felt pressured. What if I just like the idea of this? But it's not really what I want. But yeah, no matter what, I still take it; I'd rather suffer through this than regret not taking it. Actually, it's not what I am worrying about the most; I feel more pressure if my parents can really support me in this. I know that we are not financially stable, even though they assured me that they will support me no matter what. However, I don't want them to feel pressured, to worry, and to fight because of money. I really hate it. That's why I want to work, but my parents don't want me to. I also worried if I work, can my body endure everything? I'm worried about my finances, but I am more worried about my body. It is more important to me. But my study is important to me too. I just wish I were smart like them to get a scholarship too. So I don't need to worry about this, but this is life. This is my reality; I am just an average. For all of this, I still do believe in God, that in His will I can get what I want. I will graduate and make my family proud. God willing, I know everything will be fine at the right time. Good night!!!

I wish you the best! Just enjoy schooling while it last. It won't last forever. Don't rush things. With your parents, let them know how you feel and let them know that you don't want them to be pressured. Just appreciate that you are experiencing schooling at the moment. God bless you!
Thank you! I'm sure I will enjoy it, I just hope that I won't regret the path I will take.
God bless po
I got into my favorite subject too—was really happy. But sometimes I wonder, can I really do this? My dream is to work in research, though it often feels like a daydream. Still, I believe Allah will give me what’s best. Wishing you all the best—In shaa Allah, you’ll reach your dreams too.
Thank you. I truly hope we both achieve our dreams, even when doubts try to hold us back. Let's keep going, one step at a time.
Hey, Thanks for being so real and open. Some time I feel the same way especially taking a new project but courage comes because of hope in God and that's why what you said here resonate with me, especially this statement 'For all of this, I still do believe in God, that in His will I can get what I want. I will graduate and make my family proud. God willing, I know everything will be fine at the right time. ' You're really not alone, God's there and will surely make that dream of yours come through!
I can really feel the honesty in your words. It’s normal to feel pressured even after getting what we once dreamed of, because dreams often look easier from far away than when we are actually living them. Remember, being ‘average’ doesn’t mean you can’t succeed — consistency and dedication matter more than perfection. Your concern for your family shows how caring you are, and that itself is a strength. Trust in God, take one step at a time, and you will surely make your parents proud. Everything will fall into place at the right time. Keep going, you are stronger than you think!
