March 27: How I Spent My Day
I decided to write about my daily routines starting from now. How my day was, and what are my activities for the day. It will start from what time I woke up, of course. Now, let's get it started.
Today is **Saturday**. It's already weekends. I am done with my part-time freelancing job for the week. I woke up at 6:30 in the morning and get up for water. I checked my phone of course, and opened my social media accounts. There's nothing new and I just left a message to my sleepyhead boyfriend. As I sent the message, I thought what am I going to do today. Yes, I remembered to wash my clothes.
I organized my laundry and made sure they dark and light colors are separated. After doing that, I cleaned the backyard by removing the leaves coming from the Mango Tree beside our house. I also set up the washing machine that I will be using for my laundry. It took me 2 hours to finish it, and it was so tiring.
After doing some laundry, it's time to cook rice for lunch. I do this everyday before my Mom and Dad comes home from work. While the rice is on the stove, it's my time to wash the dishes. Yes, I can multi-task. I washed the dishes and made sure nothing will be left on the sink. The next thing I did was to check the rice. When the rice was ready, I took the chance to take a bath. I have some plans to visit my boyfriend at their house. I took a bath quickly and messaged him to pick me up already.
Lately, I have been craving for my boyfriend's version of fried rice. I really love it. When I got there, I checked on his dog. He has a dog named "Ryy". We talked a little and then he decided to cook some fried rice for me, as always. While he was cooking, I made myseld busy on my phone and had small talks with her Mom. His specialty is cooking fried rice. Well, that's for me because it was my favorite. If you want to see how his fried rice looks, see the image below.
After eating, we had conversation about random things. We also made plans for his dog. When we have nothing to talk about, we decided to play some mobile games. We are so into Mobile Legends. We opened the game and matched up. Sadly, we lose in the first game. We tried our best but maybe the luck wasn't on us that time. I checked the time in my phone, and it's already time to go home. I just spent maybe 2-3 hours in their house and that is already enough for the both of us.
As I got home, I went quickly in my room. I relaxed my body for a while before deciding to watch my favorite series in Netflix "The 100". I am on its last season. I felt my eyes getting heavy which is my sign to take a nap. So, I did. I woke up and checked what time is it already. I slept for 2 hours, not bad. I get out of the bed and checked my phone for possible messages and notifications starting from my Messenger. I saw my boyfriend's message. I remembered not telling him that I am going to take a nap. But, it's okay because he always understands once I explained to him. That's what I am thankful for. He is very understanding.
Since I will not have anything to do later on, I thought of composing this article as my diary for today. If there's something happened later, I will be adding it on my diary tomorrow evening. I plan to write an article everyday. This will be my diary or journal.
Author's Conclusion:
To conclude, my day was well spent. I had my laundry basket emptied, and I spent some time with my boyfriend. It was a tiring day but it is worth it. As you can read in my article, I don't have much activities today since I am already done with my 15-hours work for the week. I hope to share more once I have some errands to do outside the town.
This will be my first journal here and keep in touch for more. I will try my best to publish an article a day, too. It was not easy writing about how I spent my day, but I know that this is a good way to express my self too. Keep in touch, and God bless you!

It’s All About Jose Rizal
In our curriculum, we should study the life and works of Rizal, though we already know parts of it since grade school and high school. It is like a pre-requisite subject for everyone. Now, in this article, I want to share my answers to the questions of our professor and how I came up with writing a letter for Rizal. If you are curious about them, you can continue scrolling down.
But before that, do you know who Jose Rizal is? He is the Philippines' national hero. He used his brain and pen to fight for the country. He made a history because of his literary works that tackled about the government and leadership of the country Philippines that time. He fought for the people through writing the dirt and downside of the being lead by an incompetent government. If you want to know about what I think of him, you can now continue.
**Was Jose Rizal very much against the very idea of Revolution? Why / why not?**
He is **not against the idea of Revolution**, but he thinks that the Philippines' people deserve more **independence**. He may have fought for the country using his **pen**, but it does not mean he was against the Revolution. He can't bear the thought of having the **people's blood** in his hands just because he thinks the Revolution was the solution for the crisis the country has faced in the past.
**Which day should be Rizal's day every year? His birthday on June 19, or his death anniversary on December 30?**
Let us **celebrate Rizal Day on his death anniversary**. His death was for the country. It **cost his life** to speak up and write about the crisis and how incompetent the government was back then. It is the best day to celebrate his **heroic memory** with all of us, the date of his death. He **died for the country**. He died for the people. And he was killed because he thinks that the **Philippines deserve more**.

**An open letter to Rizal.**
*To Rizal*,
*If you are reading this right now, I want to tell you that I have heard the things you have done for your country. I have heard about the decisions you have to make and the risks you have to take just because you wanted to put your people and beloved country first. I hope you are doing fine, and let me tell you how proud I am of you. I am so proud that you have become a selfless person. You cared and loved your country too much, making you a very inspiring and unforgettable person. You are a hero. Continue what you have started. Continue fighting for the country's independence and guide others to understand that our homeland should come first no matter what it takes. You may be tired right now, but I would be grateful if you could look in the eye of the people, the children, and the land where you landed your foot. They need to be protected. They need to be cherished. Empower people and enlighten their minds to many opportunities we might get if we work together as one. You have to continue using your pen as your mouth to speak up and fight. You do not have to worry because we are here at your back. As long as you do it for our homeland, we are with you throughout this battle. Please continue what you are doing, and we are watching you. You have us. We can win this fight.*

Financial Statement and Environment

The results of a financial analysis may vary from *how the firm works or operating* lately. When we say financial analysis, it is a general term for the *studying of the operation* of a business or company. It is where analyst try to put together the data that might help them conclude whether the firm is doing good or not. The objective of the analysis is to look for further changes to be made, or if the firm is still achieving its goal and objective. While the context within which or what decision should be made after depends on the conclusion of the analysis. It varies and is not all the same since there are also changes in situation.
***Discuss the three basic decision areas dealt with by managers. What are the items involved in these decisions.***
There are three basic decision area which managers are dealing with. These areas are operating decision, investment decision, and financing decision. In operating decision, it deals with the everyday operation of the firm in which it concerns the decisions to be made when it comes to pricing, production processes, and even the maintenance. While investment decision deals with the project to take control of, assets to acquire, and other investments of the firm. On the other hand, there is also this area which concerns the capital of the firm or their funds which is under the financing decision. These three areas were divided since they also play different roles in the manager’s decision-making as well as in the general operation of the firm.
***Discuss the steps in analyzing financial statements.***
The first step in analyzing financial statements is basically an understanding of the data and information provided in the statements. It is the first step because a financial analysis would not be done if analyst do not have basic understanding to what is being studied about in the financial statements. Second is, if a data was already presented, there should be decisions to be made. The decision and conclusion from the data presented should be logically concluded and decided. While the next step is, knowing the conclusion and decisions to be made, they should be appropriate. In this step, the final decision and conclusion should be studied well and are appropriate with the data presented. Lastly, the management should understand the benefit of understanding finance and accounting so they could be able to appreciate the benefit it could give to the firm and the management.
***What is horizontal analysis? What purpose will it serve?***
Horizontal analysis is also known as trend analysis. It compares the financial statements to established new changes. For example, there are changes in amounts and percentages, horizontal analysis serves as the presentation of these sudden changes.
***What is vertical analysis? How is it useful?***
Vertical analysis concerns comparing of one number to another. There are two types of vertical analysis, the Common Size Statements and Ratio Analysis. Common Size Statements are financial statements translated into percentage where other elements are being compared. While Ratio Analysis shows relationships within a period and between the periods.
***What is an option? What is an options market?***
An option is basically the choices you have or other choices you have aside from the main option. In market, there are options market which are eventually the markets where they are not the priority but rather hides along as options of the buyers or investors. They belong to the other choices of the buyers.
***Differentiate over-the-counter market from organized market.***
Over-the-counter market is way different from organized market. When we say over-the-counter, it means that there are products being sold just by the counter and not properly organized, just like the in the organized market.
***What are the types of dividends?***
The types of dividends are dividends out of earning, liquidating dividends, and stock options. Dividends out of earning are the share of the stockholder that depends on the profit of the business, while liquidating dividends are the return in the capital. Also, stock options are options given to the stockholders to purchase additional shares of stocks to maintain their ownership in a corporation.

I Will Be Here
So, if you are here reading my article, apparently I caught your attention. I have heard of this platform where you can earn just by publishing an article which will be an advantage to me since I really love writing. I really love expressing myself more in writing. For me, there is nothing more genuine and cool than to express yourself with your own words. But, let me be anonymous. It is not that I don't want to be honest, but it is my right to be anonymous if I really want to either.
Since I just got here tonight, I don't expect to have friends easily but I should work on it in the next few days. I hope that I could get along with some users in here. I really wanted to make friends virtually, 'cause I can see it's cool. I mean, meeting friends online and talking to them like you have known them personally is something that I amazingly imagine.
