Equity (Forex) Equity in trading refers to the real time value of your trading account. If you have open traders, the equity value will be fluctuating constantly with every price movement. In simple terms, it's is the sum of your account balance and any profits or loss from your open positions. Once a position is closed, the profit or loss from that trade will be added or subtracted from your balance. @scottcbusiness, please what is your say about 'equity' since you have much knowledge about it.
