I slept early at 10pm yesterday and just woke up at 3:30 am, and I feel good about my sleep because it has a straight long deep sleep. I was very tired yesterday night watching YT videos just to entertain my night. Bff niece is at my sister in-law house it's her aunt last night for they will go to the resort today to unwind a bit and step out a little from the daily doze of life.
