Out of the operating room I was given an option to go for a local anestetic or general anestetic. I chose local and a bit of pain, no falling asleep though. The whole procedure was quite painful, but the anestetic is still functional. I can slowly feel my cheek and it's not pretty. Keep cool and enjoy the day! #surgery #aaaaargh #RandomThoughts

  Got a lump on my cheek, it was opened and cleaned. Hurts but it will pass.

    My father also used to have a lump on his cheek that has been operated on but it's still growing again.

      It's been an absces. They cut it open and cleaned. Hope your dad gets better soon.
