    That's fantastic that you can still do some coding. In the USA, once folks move into management, they typically have to be "hands off".

      I inherited a project in it's end phase, so I'm being helped a bit with the birocracy and spared a little less as a developer/merger/patcher/team manager/... You name it, it's me, hehe. Make no mistake, the project is huge, but I'm enjoying it in a way.

        Nope. Documentation is not my thing and technical requirements is a document of some 300+ pages. I only read it and adjust the project if needed. The document is sacred, the code is not, lol.
