Good night dear friends It has been a long saturday. We're battling chickenpox (Lili -5- got infected) and I'm trying to get her room in order, Ikea time. Now it's the last cigarette on my balcony and off to bed. Another cabinet in the morning ... #RandomThoughts

Oh gosh ..... my condolences. Chickenpox isn't so bad during the initial infection, but some folks, (like me!), have it come back years later in the form of shingles. Shingles really, really suck! As Lili gets older, (much older!), she may want to consider getting the shingles shot. Of course, maybe by then we will have developed the technology to make this whole family of stupid herpes viruses extinct. That would be wonderful!

  Yeah. Well we also have a boy, Nik and he's 4 months old. He will definitely contract chickenpox, there is just no other way and chickenpox with such small children can be a big problem. We'll see how it plays out in a few weeks time ... 🥴
