Inktober D-3: Bulky “Frankie quick, the entrance!” As soon as they found themselves near the cave, Mike noticed a large enough boulder that could cover the entrance so that the ant would not manage to get them. He was already pushing the boulder, and with Frankie’s help, they managed to secure their safety for the night. Once the boulder had been secured to place, A breath of relief escaped both boys as they plopped down on the ground out of their exhaustion. “Hey Mike, next time don’t go off and don’t go looking for ants that want to eat us. I love my life” Frankie spoke, his tone obviously exasperated yet Mike could definitely feel the sarcasm in his words. “No worries. I’ll try to behave from now on” A soft chuckle left Mike’s lips as he tried to sound less sarcastic as he hoped he would, but both boys knew such a thing would never happen, not with Mike’s curious nature and definitely not when the world they now live in has shrunk to the size smaller than that of insects. There was no telling what either of them would pull off but for the time being, they needed to rest, for tomorrow, their search for their missing classmates would begin. Hopefully no more bugs would appear on their search, and if such a thing happened again, hopefully the Will O’ the wisp would guide them to safety again like what it did earlier. There was no sun to greet the boys a good morning, but what did greet them was sheer darkness. Had it not been for the damp earth they were lying on and the memory of last night’s grand chase, they probably would have thought the world was finally destroyed Frankie had managed to wake first being the early bird that he was. “Hey Mike, are you still there?” He called out, unfortunately there was no response. “Mike!!” he all but shouted but upon remembering how deep a sleeper the latter was, he heaved a deep sigh and eventually got upon his hands and knees to get a feel of the ground. Crawling made things easier for him, he didn’t want to accidentally step on a sleeping mike. although on normal circumstances, he would probably do so without even needing a reason but for now, he couldn’t risk losing an exploration buddy, or so he thought they were. A few moments after prodding around, a hand came to his grasp. There he was, definitely still fast asleep with how limp Mike still was. Much energy was spent on shaking Mike awake and after doing so, they both tried to find the boulder they had set in place. Once it was removed, the only thing they could see was the tall grass from last night then trash. Bulky trash that seemed to come as an obstacle course or even as hiding places for the humans with their sizes now.As promised, they went about exploring.
Now they would get to experience what climbing a mountain of trash would be like.

Thank you ^-^ I've been improving my watercolor and ink skills though I'm making another version of each inktober prompt in my own style
I think that's the idea, that you reflect your vision in your work.
getting more exiciting each episode.. how long would it take for them to climb that mountain of thrash, considering that thrash are too nkakadiri specially with their size. sana d sila madulas sa mantikang kumunoy. nkakabitin tuloy qng papano na sila mkakabalik sa dating size nila.

Yeah, but it’s not working like before😪💔
How well they woke up healthy! Now they must go out to seek danger without knowing it, in order to survive.
Yes but soon they'll be gaining company UwU though the problem with reverting them to normal size
I hope they regain their size soon. There are many problems down there.
Yes and they need to fight back against the aliens too
I hope you find the right weapons to fight alien proliferation.
I liked the 1st one most but it's also great. I hope all these painting heals the wound that you are having all these years😊😊
Yeah, i also liked my mechanical fish UwU but for now, i think I'm getting beter with watercolors. I still suck at liquid ink
Don't worry, you will bet more and more good at those. Just don't give up on them😉😉
The art for this one isn't so bad thougghhh. It's actually cute and cery simple looking UwU kind of like for picture books
Nah...this one is also good actually. but you messed up on the previous one. Lot to improve there😅😅
Yup. I regret the grass. Should have just penned it in but my pride to stick with this certain style to the end is killing me ;;-;;
I prefer you didn't. You are going with inktober, so even though it's god or bad. You are tring to develop and that's matter. Messing up is a part of learning and imperfect thing is also kind of love😅😅
Yes i get that but i regret trying out a new drawing style for this entire month 😂😂😂 my hands are itching to work with my dip pens. I'm making a remake of each chapter in my free time though and i think I'll post those on November 😂😂😂
Take your time to post...no matter what kind of art you are doing, don't stop until you are satisfied
Lol you already know how i am with art so no need to worry about that part
