How the inflation directly affects you?
Mothers can feel it for sure. From our budgetplan to spending it strikes us a lot! Our income doesn't go as the cost of living rises.
Can you imagine how our ordinary food last year become an extravagant food in our current situation? The things we afford become unaffordable?
How much is or will be enough and how long it will lasts!
Having a sangyup meal will become occasionally na lang.How sad to think of the future without certain plans and resources. God is teaching me to be independent to Him alone not with my capacity and resources.
Markeyboy knows how to take a bath , brush his teeth, comb his hair and eat on his own. This morning, I am teaching him to put his socks on his own.
I want him to be independent and responsible for his personal needs and hygien. All I have to do is to supervise or check if he is doing it right.
Teaching our children at their early stage is making them independent and resposible in the future. They are our forever babies in terms of love and care but not in their whole being.

I am praying for a house that I can call ours ( my own family) in God's time. I am not rushing to have it because I know myself that currently is not the time. I have so many things to settle first before having it and I am pretty sure that God is preparing until I am ready to settle on our own.
The picture is not mine but that would be the style with kitchen beside it for barbeque and sangyup party!! I am excited to claim it soon!!
Anyway, there was an update again with noise.app and it looks good. I want take this opportunity to thank my followers here who are consistently sharing donations. Everyday, I receive it and I am so grateful and make me "kilig"everytime.
The weather today still bad and we closed the shop earlier than usual because I was fetched by my niece.
Again, @halmarkeyboy went home alone for the 2nd time this week.
About the picture, still related with the weather. We were soaked in the rainwater last Sunday.
Sino nag hindi mababadtrip pag naubusan ng gas in the middle of pagluluto? Around 5am, at wala pang mabibilhan ng ganitong oras. Sira na ang schedule ng buong araw.
We are packing lunch everyday so what should I do? I need to be early in the shop for a transaction. So charcoal is the remedy to cope things up!
Ayan na ang maja blanca last sunday. Firewood din gamit ko nung niluto ko yan kaya ang texture di ko nakuha dahil hirap kontrolin ang apoy pero masarap naman..

I was amazed yesterday that markeyboy slept in the afternoon and to think that it was not his room. Is there something wrong? Or the weather made him sleepy?

Here we are again!! Nakihiram ng bahay, kasi wala naman tao.don't worry we do this on Sundays only.
The rain is pouring again. I cooked maja blanca, I am waiting to get it warm. I hope it will taste as expected.
Having lunch or lunch in process?
At the moment I am hungry na but our ulam is not yet done. As expected every sunday, our lunch is always late because we are attending church in the morning.
We are here in my in-laws' house we have our alaga here. Hirap magluto sa hindi mo sariling kusina.You don't know where to get things to use.
In a few minutes, we will dig in this in the table.

Everytime I browse my fb, videos of cooking tips and tutorials catches my attention because I always wanted to try other's way of cooking (para d maumay).
Earlier I watched cooking Fried Chicken with gravy, it looks like fried chicken and gravy of KFC (baka naman KFC) 🤭.

My allergic rhinitis attacks me so hard this morning! The weather triggered it and it is so annoying to have an itchy nose and frequent sneezing!!

The morning blessing I got aside from waking up early is that, I was not soaked with the rain!!

What should you do if your in the situation?
Been raining since 4am so my problem is how to get to the shop because I normally ride in an open utility vehicle.
I prepared earlier so that I can hitch a ride on my neice's car. But when we are about to leave, the tire was flat and here she goes she manually do the pumping.lol!
Our schoolboy is too excited to go to school even it is raining, he manage to woke up earlier than his alarm!
So here he is waiting for the exact time to leave.

Parenting lesson or guide?!
Grateful to have this book and CD with series of parenting guide from Goducate Academy (previous school of Markeyboy during pandemic) for giving us, parents.
I believe there is no exact formula when it comes to parenting. It is a case to case basis. You have your own style of raising your own child. One thing I learned so far is that you have to know your own child better than anyone.
Books can guide but you are the one taking the action..
I was eating my snacks given by the neighbor who is celebrating his birthday.Kitty kits (kitten) staring at the plate I am holding and ready to attack it.lol!
Our schoolboy has no uniform yet. (My bad!) I don't have enough time to go and buy his uniform, I need to bring him in buying it to make sure it will fit him.
He keeps on saying that his outfit is for church and not for school. ( Na correction-an pa ako). Maybe tomorrow I'll find time for buying it together with his ate's new cloth for her new uniform.

In return I need to prepare his favorite snacks. It's a challenging to be a mother nowadays.

Pancake fo Markey
My son is fond of pancake! Since it is tuesday and I don't need to rush to open the shop,I had an extra time to cook his pancake as promised.
He told me to spare for him and I label it with his name so that no one can touch it.lol! So I made it this way as he requested. Of course I also spared for other ates and kuya.
I made a customized syrup. I caramelized the sugar and add pineapple tidbits on it add flavor. I can imagine how happy he will be later when he see his name and taste it.
Pancake po kayo jan,baka meron din kayong sariling gawa ng syrup, pashare naman para maiba ko next time.
Disappointing lang din talaga mag online shop. 5 white socks and 5 grey socks ang order ko, pero ang dumating assorted colors wala mn lang white!!
No choice, bibili na lang talaga ng white pag nakalabas. At least my magamit lang ang bunso pero ang ate wala..
Online shopping saves our time and shopping expenses like fare, food etc na pwedeng makabawas pa sa budget kaya lang, d rin tlaga maiwasan ang ganitong scenario.

Monday Struggle?! Wheeh?!
I know the feeling of the Monday morning struggle. You still have a day off/Holiday hangover (Sunday-restday) that you want to extend more!! Lol! But the big question is, can you afford to take another day of rest without earning?! If yes, well, just take another nap but if you can't, galaw- galaw na!! Mahal ang bigas at masarap na ulam! Lol!
Monday for me is struggle too but I am enjoying with the comfort of sales of the day! I was not late opening the shop at 6am today!!
