It is usually used for cough, back pain or even for bruises. During my childhood this was our usual first aid. When the pandemic started varieties of mayana came out and look at my garden of mayanas.I got flu yesterday to the extent that I can't get out my bed until I had my whole body massage with energy drink (pocari sweat). At the moment before going to bed I use these mayana leaves with varieties as my liniment😊 How about you, what is your Mayana story?
