EGGPLANT Here is for today, ensalada and tortang talong (eggplant). Doing this menu requires enough time, I started grilling the eggplant at 7am and I finish both ensalada and torta at 8:30am..Am I that slow? Its okay as long as the quality good and the family will enjoy. I'll pack some of this for my Chero Family (store). Let's have an important meal for the day, our brrakfast!!
