ENSALADANG TALONG Aside from "torta" and fried eggplant, I love the ensalada too. All you have to do is to grill the eggplant then detached the outer skin to take out the eggplant meat the, mix with onion and tomato, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, finally put vinegar. Your ensalada is now ready to serve. This is my dinner for tonight😊how about yours?
