Bitter vs. Better What is the difference of the word itself? In part of speech they are the examples of Homonyms. Sounds alike but has different meaning. In life, don't mix it up. "I" in bitter means "YOU" and "E" in better means "Echo". Whatever "You" do, it comes back like an "Echo". Meaning, nothing and no one should be blamed or be praised in whatever result you get but it is always "YOU".
