VERY GOOD PROBLEM Not all problems are bad, there are very good too. In business there are good like : 🔒No Stock - you run out because you have unexpected customers who came to buy and your buffer stock will not lasts until the delivery day 🔑Solution: Buy stocks in the nearby bigger store to restock, enough for the delivery to come and make additional buffer 🔒No enough Space for your stock - very good sign, you have added your stocks, meaning you have enough to sell 🔑Solution: organize your items and maximize the space, you have to be strategic in arranging.Identify the fast moving items and display it near the counter or customers lounge.. There are problems that are not really problem, there are blessings in disguise. It is how we react and handle the situation. Mindset and attitude matters. Mainit na hapon parin pipz!!
