Fresh Egg as rice Toppings How you eat your egg? Or should I say, what do you prefer for your egg, sunny side up, omelet or boiled? My son loves to eat a fresh egg as his rice toppings. Have you tried it? Lol. He started to eat that way because my father's influence. He used to collect his raised backyard chicken's egg in the morning and put it in top of his hot rice put a pinch of salt for his breakfast. One time, my son saw it and tried to eat. From then, he learned to love it. He had a skin asthma and eggs triggers it. We stopped giving him eggs since then for almost two years now but these past few days, we are trying to give him those food that triggers little by little.
