My husband got a cut while doing a carpentry work in the farm. I went out to look for any medicinal plant for first aide just to stop the bleeding. "Sa bukid walang papel pero my dahon". I found this "bungarngar" (medicinal plant) that the elders used to put in the wound like my husband's. It stopped the bleeding and it cleansed the wound.My husband continued what he was doing. I was not active for more than 24 hours because of the fiesta that made me an instant cook yesterday. What's for lunch?

Guava leaves also good for wounds ... boiled the guava leaves and once it's cold use it to clean the wounds..
