Peace Within
Nowadays, many people suffers from depression, low self-esteem, lack of self-confidence, anxiety, and other emotional disorder. I think these topics must be discussed because in some cases, these may also lead to death.
Based on my own observations and experiences, I'll share what I think are some of the reasons people suffers from these.
**Affection-deprived.** Many people are affection-deprived that they tend to seek for it on other people. When these people failed to give that affection, it can stress them out and that's when they'll start overthinking that can lead to depression.
**Trauma from bad experiences.** Because of bad experiences, people develop fears. Fear of being criticized, fear of not being accepted and loved, fear of being left out, fear of being judged. This fears results to having low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence. Fear of the future also can result to anxiety.
**Emotional pain.** That deep heart-tearing pain. Not all people have a high EQ. And if a person can't handle the pain and the emotions inside, this leads to anxiety and depression.
What we can do:
**Always check on each other.** People that suffers from emotional disorder are very good at hiding it. Make sure to always check on the persons you love.
**Open up.** If you are suffering, it really helps a lot if you can share it to someone. It feels good to unload that heavy burden on your chest.
**Do things that makes you happy.** Go out with friends. Travel. Pursue your passion. Shoo away that negative thought specially if there's nothing you can do to change that thing that's bothering you.
**Meditate.** Take time to meditate and reflect on yourself and on your life. That is one of the ways to have inner peace and to understand yourself better.
There's a lot more to life than that dark gloomy side. Love is everywhere. Train yourself to always see the good in everything. And always remember, **YOU ARE LOVED ❣️**

What I Ilove About Bitcoin Cash
I am not really into crypto currencies before. I just tried learning about this when the corona virus pandemic started. That's when I learned that there's a lot of platform where you can earn and be paid thru crypto.
Of all the crypto currencies, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is what I love the most. Here are my reasons why.
1. Basically, in most e-wallets, there is no transaction fee when you transfer BCH to BCH. And if there's a fee, it is very minimal. This is a big factor for me specially every satoshi is hard-earned.
2. There's a lot of platform where you can earn BCH. Of course there is **read.cash**. There are also plenty of faucets, ptc ads and short links, and paid-to-read email websites that pays BCH.
3. Almost all e-wallets have BCH that's why it is very convenient.
4. It is fun and easy to share to others because it is easy to explain. I love introducing BCH to other people. It really made every transaction smooth and easy.

Be like a rock
Be like a rock. Strong and still despite being hit by the waves.
Life may hit us with so many problems. I know there are times when we almost want to quit. To quit chasing our dreams, to quit doing what we love the most, to quit loving the people around us, to quit everything and just vanish.
But like the rocks, we must stay hard and strong mentality and physically. Strong for our own self and for the people we treasure. In time, the people will appreciate us and will see our worth. And those who want to pull us down will never succeed.
The pictures I will put below are somewhere in my hometown also.
The rocks around me looks so still. But there's beauty in them. They're beautiful without even trying.
These are another nature's gift that we humans, need to appreciate and be thankful for ❣️

A Piece of My Hometown
La Union.
La Union is a place where the mountains meet the sea. Because of its location, this place has a lot to offer. We have falls, beaches, mountains, old churches, museums, antique house, church ruins, eco-parks, and a lot more.
Words are not enough to describe our place and to express how I love my hometown. I hope sharing these pictures can help.
1. Bacnotan, La Union
A glimpse of the mountains. This place is an unfinished resort located in one of the mountains of Bacnotan. We discovered this place while on fieldwork.
2. Bauang, La Union
The sound of the waves crashing to the stones are like music to my ears. This was also taken when I was on fieldwork.
3. Bacnotan, La Union
Another beach picture. This place is also one of the tourist spots here. These pictures were taken last December 2019, during my year-end travel.
**4. San Juan, La Union**
San Juan Beach. Also known as the Surfing Capital of the North. This place has many resorts, restaurants, and bars with local live bands. Perfect for a weekend night out. One of the best bar here for me is BBZ or Beer Below Zero, which, based from its name, serves beer below 0° cold. 🤪
**5. Luna, La Union**
House of Antiques and Restaurant. For me, this place is perfect. Their food is great and budget-friendly. The place is also great. You can find here many antiques things used by Filipinos.
**6. Bauang, La Union**
Ciano Umok. *Umok* is the Ilocano term for a *bird nest*. Another home of arts. This place is an art gallery and restaurant as well. They serve Filipino dishes and their best seller is their *halo-halo*. Some parts of this place was still under construction when we went there.
There are many beautiful places here in La Union that was not included here, and some are also posted in my other articles.

Why I Love the Beach
I live in a place where there are mountains in the east and beaches in the west. My home town, La Union, is facing South China Sea in the west. I am thankful I got to enjoy both the mountains and the beach.
In this article, I'll share my own reasons why I love beaches. Hope you'll like it
1. The Sunsets
Every beach sunset looks like a masterpiece. It looks like there's a great artist up there who plays with paints and bless us with his art. It truly is amazing.
2. The Sands
Having long walks while collecting shells in the beach is one of my favorite. I love the feeling of the sand between my toes. It really feels like I'm one with nature. It is also a good exercise.
3. The Waves
Whether it is a small wave or large wave, its sound feels like a lullaby for me. It gives me peace and calms my mind. I also love playing with the waves. Running before the wave touches my toes, and having a good laugh is a great stress reliever for me.
4. The Sea Breeze
I can't explain this. But I really enjoy sitting on the sand and feeling the cool salty smell of the wind blowing.
What ever our reasons for loving the beach, there's one thing I am sure of. Beach is worth loving! ❣️
Bridge and Life
I do field works. And everytime we come across a hanging bridge, I will really stop, take a picture, enjoy the place, and the feeling.
I am not sure if there are other people like me who loves bridges.
When I was a kid, I am afraid of hanging bridges because of the thought that I might fall down. But now, I really appreciate it and I'm truly amazed.
I am amazed how bridges connect people and palaces.
Imagine two mountains with different kind of people each. Each have a different life, culture, and language. Then they built a bridge that helped them mingle with each other. It helped them learn from each other. Exchanging ideas, products, and cultures that helped them grow and flourish. It helped them have a better life. Bridges are really amazing.
Remember also the saying "We'll cross the bridge when we get there"? I think it is really a great advice specially for people who can't stop themselves from over thinking.
Whatever you are going through, don't stress yourself too much. Always remember that you'll get through it.

Mt. Ulap Ecotrail
I love traveling but it is my first time trekking and I want to share some of my experiences.
Mt. Ulap is located in Itogon, Benguet 🇵🇭 and its summit is 1846MASL.
It was a 9KM trek. We started at around 6am, it was a very cold morning but after few hours of walking, you won't feel the cold anymore.
I can say that it was a really fun experience. We got to know a lot of people and we learned a lot about the place.
There are also some slippery parts where you will have a difficulty going down. We went there days after a storm thats why the slippery parts are understandable.
The views was breathtaking. The rock formations are amazing. The tour guide is friendly. I can say that everything is perfect.
The next day after the trek, that's when I felt body pain. I'm not used to long walks thats why. But despite having body pains, I can say that the whole experience was awesome!

Why I love Sunsets
I'm sure many of us love sunsets and we have our own reasons why. Listed below are some of my own reasons. I'll also put some of the sunset shots I personally took.
1. It calms my mind
Sunset really calms my mind. Whatever I'm going through, wherever I am, sunset is all I need to feel at ease.
2. It looks magical
Sunset is truly a work of art. Every day, every single day, we see different kinds of sunset. With different colors and cloud formations each. But each sunset is beautiful. So beautiful without even trying. And it reminds me that I am beautiful, all of us are beautiful, in our own little ways.
3. Sunset is really inspiring
The sun sets everyday. And also rises the next day. Which reminds me that everything I'm going through, may it be good or bad, it will all pass and the next day is always a new beginning. Beginning to be a better person for myself and for the people i love.
