No feelings? No pain? I can't imagine myself having this kind of condition wherein I will not feel any emotions like happiness, sadness or anger. You can never feel pain even if your deeply hurt or injured. This condition is rare, really exist and it's called a ' Congenital Insensitivity to Pain or CIP'. I just finished watchin' the movie of 'Ang Babaeng Walang Pakiramdam' wherein the main character named Anastacia has this kind of condition. (I'll not elaborate the whole story coz I'm not a spoiler😊so you can still be excited watching it if you're a fan of a comedy film.) Just a thought.... In life, sometimes we feel hopeless, so much hurt physically and emotionally.Of course we do not want this kind of experience and we're hoping that it wouldn't happened to us. This CIP condition will escape you from different pains. But I'd rather choose to get hurt for it'll find its cure rather than not having a feeling at all that may lead to a sad ending.

If you can't feel sadness you won't be able to appreciate how was it to be happy. Same with love and hate, tears and joy. This feelings makes us who we are as living humans.
