Kalamay sa latik with langka Despite being busy at home today I was able to cook again one of my favorite kakanin.. It's kalamay sa latik, but this time it's different from what I posted before. For my caramel syrup I used muscovado sugar that's why it's a little bit dark in color but the sweetness has enhanced even I didn't put honey. Then I mix langka or jackfruit strips in the syrup for extra sweetness and fragrant smell. This is really delicious and I will always love kakanin.😊. Even my son started to love it too, he sip the syrup like soup haha. How about you guys, what's your favorite kakanin? Have you tried eating this one? Happy Evening!
