Answer: He-LOUD-er!!! 😅✌ Owkei, seriously speaking, when we 're in a phone call, it's either a caller or receiver, to families or to friends, it is important to greet a warm, friendly and enthusiastic manner. If you have a business, a pleasant phone greetings is essential to a succesful call. If we answer the phone gruffly, chances the caller will become gruff too. If we answer pleasantly, the caller becomes pleasant too. And we all know which caller is easier to work with.
