Do you know that this is a Leche Plan? Yes, I'm not lying. This is a leche plan in the restaurant called Habanero Kitchen Bar in Cubao, QC. I haven't tasted it but my BFF said it is and she is the one who shared the photo to me. We will visit that on December 4.
