Faith and Reason
One of the formulas for all human problems is religion or God. God's laws in scripture or through prophets are gifts of love rather than human discovery. Therefore, *St. Thomas*, assessed the reasons for the uncertainty of human decisions, especially in specific and complex problems, because people make different decisions about human action. Because, only **God's law is never wrong**. Then, *St. Thomas* described faith and reason as part of a great structure, just as love perfects nature, covers perfects jars, and the like. There is a dialectics between these two elements, faith and reason, which complement and complement each other. However, discourses about divinity or matters related to religion do not seem to be salable in human life today. This is because God or religion is introduced, such as police, thugs, criminals, and things whose business punishes humans. God is not introduced as a bearer of good tidings and revelations as evidence of love for his creatures. In fact, God is very serious about human life, even the lives of lizards, ants, and the smallest creatures are guaranteed by Him. Only humans are ignorant. Always bid and reject things that are against his interests. This is fine. Because, God also gives freedom to humans: willing to believe, please, otherwise please. Man does not have the slightest awareness that he cannot produce his own semen, cannot regulate his own heart rate, cannot schedule how many times each day he defecates, and does not want to admit to his shortcomings. *Zarathustra's* statement "**God is dead**" in Nietzsche's book is very apt to indicate the conditions of these days. Yes, God is dead in modern people. This is because all decisions and policies are not based on God. Moreover, advances in science and technology are used to narrow down God's involvement in human life. Right now, we are just waiting, whether the world will be destroyed or hit by a great flood like in the days of the Prophet Noah or not. And when the time of the Prophet Noah at that time, only people who believed in Allah and the prophet were saved through large boats.
