How i got My first Paycheck 13 Mar 2022 Whenever it comes to our First paycheck it's always memorable to all of us, no matter how big or less, it always gives pleasure. I earned my first paycheck during the 3rd year of my Engineering in college and it was of Rs 8500/- . During the starting of the 3rd year when i submitted the summer training report(It's somethin related to B.Tech curriculum, about learnig a new skill). After having a session with my HOD and when she learnt about my summer training, she urge to organize a similar Training program in our college. I Talked to Santu sir who is the director of Netcamp who is the same person who have trained me in summers on Android Devlopment, Linux and Computer Networks and asked him to give Training. Later i completed all the document submissions and required to start the preparation of Training. Also Santu sir asked 2 minimum requirements. First to get atleast 100 students registered in training, only then he will come to college to train student, which i ensured to get done. 2nd and most Importent is someone who will available all the time during the training and must be able to troubleshoot, debug codes, and clear all the doubts. In short an expert during the training apart from himself. Well for this he hired me. So, now i have left with one month to get 100 students registered and 2nd brushup my skills to provide techinal assitanance to students. From next day i woke up early everyday attend college and during the breaks and lunch time advertised and let others know about the Netcamp program, also what they will get to learn and all. i used to give a little pitch about the skills they will learn just to gather attention of everyone to listen. I get to know soon that this trick works, to get others attention so that they listen to you, create enthusiasm in starting with hype and when they started to listen you show them what in there for them. Apart from all these after dinner in hostel around atleast around 10 PM when most of the students will be in their rooms i personally visit and asked juniors to gather on the floor for an importent announcement. Well am never good with such things but somehow everyone get interested to join and listen. i still remember i met one of my junior who asked to clear his doubts about what to learn and from where to to succeed in his career. He talked to me around 2 hrs almost when he all of his doubts about college placements and other some tech. skills got resolved also he is now keen to attennd the training. As i was in 3rd year, almost everyone listens me not because i am a senior so they had to, well i was 😜 , *but on a very clear note* its because everyone learns that i am not like other seniors who came at 10 pm just to rag them in our first announcement, From the next time everytime i visited i never asked to gather everyone on floor, as soon i reahced their floor and a junior saw me he himself gathers everyone. After 2 weeks 35 students were registered and 65 more left to get registered in next 2 weeks. Here comes the pressure on me. Well am not the one to get panicked, rather reviewed all the registrations and learnt that areas where am lacking. Soon i have worked on them and in the 3 week i crossed the 75 registraions. Now 1 week and 25 more registraions left. I remember senior of mine who organzied the similar training last year which i attended, Well i never liked him but he himself came to me to know about the progress and he was shocked when he learnt that 75 students were already registed. He praised me, and said that i have done a good work, even he was not able to get such numbers last year. Before Santu sir came i have managed to do get 100+ students registered. i learnt later that promotions done in the early stage worked later to get the required numbers. Apart from these promotions am also sharpening my skills and knoeledge to provide better expertise during the training to all the students. Everday after college and promotion from 11:30 PM to 3:30 AM i work on my skills so that i become the best of the best and have 0 possiblity of error i slept one 4-5 hrs for months, but never felt tired. You see that's the joy of working for your dream. no matter how much you work hard you wouldn't get tired. Finally the day arrived when all of preparation is done and the next the day it was the 1st day of training out of 21 day training program. The Training starts afyer the college at 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM and on weekends from 9:30 morning to 6 in evening. On the first day when i looked from the podium 100+ students were in front of me to handle. I experienced the fast heartbeat of me due not coz of beqr itswas becoz of adrenaline pump. i have prepared my self already during the last month when it all starts at the first place. Next 21 days, santu sir train all of them and i helped those 100+ students, their doubts, troblesoots some error occured on their laptop amd hell lot of things, god knows how did i manged them. Apart from these things ongoing i delveloped a bond with santu sir, also in the meantime i learnt few new things from him. These 21 days were most crucial for me even though i was not leanring new but solving all those student doubts made me an expert to look into their issues and all. I was always gathered by these trainnee either it be duting the lunch time, or after college during the training itself, and also after the training as all thise who are hostlers were waiting at my gate for me to arrive and solve their doubts. Santu sir closely monitored me and appreciated me for all the hardwork and the class of expertise i presented since Day 1. He also paid me my first paycheck of 8500/- and a certificate of Appreciation in Computer Networks. Also the work i have done and the way i helped all the students to learn those skill in the best possible manner made me from just a normal person to "Rishabh Sir".
