I had a very busy and cold day today, so I am just going through all my notifications. I saw a post from a friend where he shared that he purchased “Suya” i immediately craved for Suya because it is well needed for the environment, so I went to purchase it from a local seller late at night. Suya is easy to make. All you need are onions, cucumbers. Suya pepper and meat. The meat is sliced into a very thing sheet then salted and placed over the fire. So basically, Suya is grilled cow meat. I enjoyed eating this and when it got finished, I wanted more. What is grilled cow meat called in your country?
