*Random Site Rants* I hate it when artisans like masons, welders and carpenters don’t follow my instructions on site and tell me they have been doing it their way for years and say experience is way better than what I have learned in school. It is true that experience might be the best teacher but then again there wouldn’t have been need for formal education is apprenticeship was way better. The fact that I don’t have many years experience as they have doesn’t mean they know the job more than i do. I am their supervisor for crying out loud, so when I give them instructions, they should just follow. The truth is, most time I end up being correct about my methods. Most of them use old and archaic methods of construction. By the way, I have been very busy on site. I will clear all my notifications soon. Please bear with me. #RandomThoughts
