Update: I ended up leaving my house around 3pm. My friend that needs the document called already asking if I had mailed the document already. I told him”No” that I was about leaving the house. I felt a little disappointment in his voice. So I had to take ride on a motorcycle to my other friends house. Thankfully, I am already at my friends house and I have picked up the document. I checked with the courier service on my way here to confirm when they will be closing and they told me 6pm. So I think I’ll be able to meet up mailing the document today.
