Concentration is one of the most difficult tasks in the world. At the beginning of any class or lecture, the focus is on the top. Over time, that is likely to change. Considering this writing, it can be said for sure that the reader's interest in this part of the writing has decreased a lot from what it was in the beginning. Scientific research has shown that the human brain can never concentrate for more than 20 to 30 minutes continuously. After this time the attention gradually decreases. The neurons become tiered. But there is also a way to bring back this declining focus. This method is called 'Pomodoro Technique.' The process of taking a short break of 5-10 minutes for 25 minutes in a row while reading or doing any work and then starting again is called 'Pomodoro Technique'. By doing this, both interest and attention will return. (Image collected from Google)
