Respect, like love, knows no age, status, seniority and relationship. It is something that we can give to anyone who deserves it no matter who they are. Don't expect people to respect you just because you are older than them. Thing is, everyone has a need to be respected so make sure you give others the respect that you would like in return. Remember, respect is for those who deserve it and not for those who demand it. Learn to let go of disrespectful people.
