Dont let your "what ifs" kill your dreams. Sometimes, thoughts like that will actually come. That you are questioning the future even if it hasn't happened yet. We already have negative scenarios in our brain which leads to us not trying anymore, or us being terrified of change. It's sad because sometimes, we are more consumed by fear due to other factors as well, personal matters or not. Remember, if you would be enclosed by your negative "what ifs" in a box, it will be harder for you to get out. It’s as if you put a heavy object on your feet that no matter how much you want to move, you can’t because you get stuck. Pessimistic "what ifs" are normal but also remember that there is life out there. You will never know if the other end is a beautiful place unless you walk through the bridge. You also don't know if you will succeed in something if you don't try to take risks. And at the end of the day, the feeling of regrets is even heavier. That you allowed your what ifs to overcome you. That you never tried. If you are scared, remember that the best things are always worth the risk. Make small steps to overcome those what ifs. Starting shifting your negative mindset to positive outlook. Use your what if to your advantage. "What if it's okay?" or "What if everything goes well?" Nothing's certain in life that we have a lot of what ifs. And in that light, maybe we should enjoy life more, and let's not hold back especially if we know we will grow more when we venture out. After you read this, I hope it helps you clear your mind that your "what ifs" will only stop you from living the life you deserve or want. Just push yourself because if you don't, maybe you'll just blame yourself for the rest of your life. Let go of your negative "what ifs"! 🤞
