I just realized that ECQ needs to be implemented and must have a barangay official that will roam around to be sure that no one is breaking the rules. One of the reasons why need officials to roam around is because not all are following the rules. I encountered a group of kids who are playing outside the school but it's not allowed to enter the school with a child. Seems not all parents are concern about it.
