My son, 6 years old is officially a Grade 1 student and he's not happy. It's alarming to me, but funny and cute because of his reaction. He's worried about his reading comprehension and trying to compare himself to his brother who is really good at reading both English and Tagalog. I told him to calm down because I will be teaching him how to read and nothing to worry about, I am a kind teacher, unlike his father who is always like a tiger whenever he is teaching. The good thing is, teachers are doing their best also to find ways on how to get in touch with their students like visiting home and virtual meetings mostly.
