May you never get tired of fighting Nobody had any idea how many nights you spent wondering what your real goal was here. How many mornings are you supposed to be your other start but then the attacks just came like waves crashing your soul? Stuck in the corner of your room when fear was taken over by something else? You could fight your battles alone, at night, in the morning, in the middle of the afternoon sun, before dark, after the moon had shown its beauty. At midnight, in the dark, in the silence, no one had any idea how you shed tears because you couldn't deal with people; how many people you left alone, or were so disingenuous with you? Wasn't he so honest with you? How many of them had you tucked behind the curtains? However, no one had any idea how always to fight your battles. However, and still, you choose to be okay. How do you do anything to survive? And stay here. And I hope he never gets tired of standing still, although no one in the dark can tell. May you never tire of walking when there is no one to guide you. May you not waste resting from time to time so that when you return, you will be much better off than you were before. To anyone who is continuously fighting, I believe in you. No one may do not have an idea of what you're going through, but think that all of those silent battles will be worth it one day. You are loved. You are worthy. You always can. *****Lead Image From Unsplash***** **Recent Articles** ***How I fought Postpartum Depression*** ***Changing Career Path*** ***Daddies are parents too*** ***We can support our chosen Presidentiables and still be friends*** October 16, 20221

We can support our chosen Presidentiables and still be friends. Nalalapit na ang halalang 2022. Sino nga ba ang karapat dapat maupo bilang pangulo? Sino ba dapat ang ating iboboto? The choice is yours. POLITICS should never divide Families and Friends. We all have different types of political views and it's okay to have different views in this matter. Don't lose your friends and love ones because of never ending political arguments, just learn to respect others opinion. Second thoughts doesn't needed let them vote who they want and who you want to vote. “My choice, my rights.” Respect mine, and I’ll respect yours. Easy, right? But whoever wins the presidency, sana competent enough, yung capable, not just credible, at may maitutulong talaga sa pag unlad ng Pilipinas. Tama na sa puro kuda, puro pa-good words lang at mga pa-good image Kuno Don’t just talk the talk, but also walk the talk. You can support your chosen candidate without badmouthing the opposition. I believe all these candidates have a good contribution in the Philippines; it’s a matter whose contribution weighs heavier to you. What matters most to you may be different from others, and it’s unfair to devalue and discredit what others have done well just because ”YOU THINK” the other did better. Indeed, the supporters of the candidate in the opposition think the same way you feel about their chosen candidate. You may feel that their candidate is terrible for the people and the nation, but they also believe that your selected candidate is the same. It’s a never-ending argument. Throwing candidates to what ”YOU THINK” was wrongful doings is a primitive strategy to attack an opposition; I’m not saying it’s not applicable at present, but I think there’s a better way of promoting someone. Election in the Philippines has always been dirty, toxic, and chaotic. I believe it’s time to change that. These candidates are subject to mistakes; they have lapsed; they all did wrong in the past. It’s only a matter of who hid it better. This is the same principle as citizens; we might be supporting the bad person, but how do we know in advance? Let’s stop the hypocrisy. We can always promote our candidates to what we think they can do as that’s what this is for. We look forward to doing better in the country and for the people when they are elected. So, imposing your political beliefs on your family, friends, and colleagues will only create tension and disrespect in a way. I am optimistic that God will guide us to select the best leaders in our country. Let’s do this, Philippines! #Election2022 That's all for today! Thank you for reading.

Daddies are parents too Raising and taking care of the kids is not only a Mommy-Duty but also Daddy's. We are married, we chose to start our family TOGETHER, kaya we should be in this together. They need their own needs din. We are not robots kaya napapagod din. Pero, let me remind you, DALAWA KAYO DITO. You two are the foundation of your own family - the family that you started together. Kaya naman, I am grateful and blessed that I have a husband who is kind, hardworking and caring especially when it comes to our baby. I don't need to remind him constantly na,*"Daddy napagod ako maghapon, ikaw muna mag-aalaga kay baby."* , "Daddy napagod ako maghapon, ikaw muna mag-aalaga kay baby." Every night my husband puts our baby to sleep even though he is tired from work all day. He always told me to rest, and he would take care of putting our son to sleep. Haha. Every rest day of my husband is our Family day. Message to my husband: Daddy, I know I am not a perfect wife and mommy to our baby, but you always make me feel na, perfect lahat ng ginagawa ko, especially in raising our child. Thank you for giving me strength kapag pakiramdam ko nanghihina na ako. Always take care of yourself lalong lalo na sa work mo. We love you so much. Closing thoughts: I hope and I pray for all Daddies out there, that you help your wives. Know your roles as a husband and as a father as well.

Changing career path Can we normalize CHANGING CAREER PATHS kahit malayo sa degree na tinapos natin? Lol. Kasi at the end of the day, you work to earn money. Bonus nalang kapag yung tinapos mo, aligned sa passion mo. This picture was taken on my previous work at Entrego Philippines, as I've said before, isa akong bagger, sorter, scan dc etc. all around. Hahaha diba IT tinapos ko pero sa mainit ako nakapwesto at hindi sa office nakaupo but happy ako at kontento. Kaya wala yun sa tinapos mo as long as masaya ka sa ginagawa mo. *Pay no attention to toxic words. What people say is often a reflection of themselves, not you.* *- Christian Baloga* Closing Thoughts: If someone is thriving to reach his/her dreams and pursuing his/her passion. CONGRATULATE him/her. That means he/she conquered his/her COMFORT ZONE. P.s. Bonus nalang kapag yung tinapos mo, aligned sa passion mo. That's all for today. Thank you for reading.

How I fought Postpartum Depression Hello guys, just wanna share my experience with postpartum depression at Kung Paano ko to nilabanan. Bago ang lahat ano nga ba ang postpartum depression? “*Postpartum” means the time after childbirth. Most women get the “baby blues,” or feel sad or empty, within a few days of giving birth.* Yes, isa ako sa biktima ng postpartum. After kong manganak last November 2020, napansin kong ang daming nagbago sa akin. Lagi kong nasisisgawan at napupuna. Inintindi at inalagaan. Salamat sa walang sawang pagmamahal. Message: Para sa mga kalalakihan, you should know that being a woman as a mother is not a joke. That at times we are weak physically, emotionally, and psychologically you should be at our side. Postpartum depression is not a joke.
