EVERYWHERE IS DRY; Noise.cash has been silent for days now and that's because the free tips refused to fill up so fast and because of that people are discouraged to make noise. I included has not been active too because I like to tip good articles but the tips aren't entering. Reading quality post and not appreciating them is always disturbing me and make me feel ashamed. I believe maybe an update is about to happen, I pray it favours everyone oo.

At first I thought it was just me. Free tips refused to fill up so fast. In fact, last December, everyone took a vacation. Many may have become inactive because of the winter holidays. Hopefully everything will be fine again at the beginning of the new year.
