  Write down how you feel. Try to figure it out what caused it. Make a schedule and force yourself to do 3 things a day that makes you feel better and write it down. Share your experiences because you are not the only one. Btw a change of lifestyle, lack of vitamine D, minerals and lack of certain hormones can cause this too.

  Same Fyang! Same. I've been demotivated for weeks now. Dili gyud sayon. Kanang feeling na you wanted to do something, you wanted to be productive, but your body disagrees? Kapoy kaayo! But think of the things nalang why you should strive hard. Day by day, mucooperate ra gyud ato lawas. By the way, listen to Magic Shop. It will help. Fighting! 💜
